This a great family condominium unit! Just drop your luggage and walk down to beach (2 minutes). Bdrm #1, on the first floor has a queen bed. The upstairs has 2 Bdrms, railroad style(must walk through one to get to the other). Bdrm#2 has two twin beds; Bdrm#3 has a double bed and a twin bed(these were former bunk beds). There is also a kitchen and dining/living room area, and a washer/dryer. The unit is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, flat screen tv, cable and wifi service. This unit is part of the Kennebar condominium complex. There are two deeded parking spaces and several visitor spots. The unit was renovated last year with new windows, floors, paint, rear patio and a new grill.
The unit is walking distance to Glendon Beach and Hagis Beach. It is also walking distance to the Sailing Cow Cafe for breakfast, the Dog House for lunch and the Swan River Restaurant or Chapin's for dinner. It is also is close proximity to Sunday School for ice cream. Dennisport, in general, is a great family vacation with several beaches and activities for the children including Go Carts, bumper boats, arcades, bumper cars, you name it. You also have access to both Northside and Southside beaches and the Bike trail which run through the mid Cape.
Although it is a very welcoming unit, the condominium association does not allow pets. The unit does not have heat or air conditioning. It is connected to the other condominium units and has a small, newly installed backyard patio for grilling.
The place is actually bigger than it looks in the description. It was perfect for our family of four and had two designated parking spaces for us when we arrived. Definitely a family oriented area and plenty of restaurants and places nearby to find things to do. The owners will very nice and responsive to any questions we had prior to arriving. We will be visiting again in the future and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a condo in Dennis Port.
Very clean and close to the beach. The owners are very responsive and easy to deal with. There were 2 adults and 3 children and we were all very comfortable.
This condo turned out to be as described. Very clean and nice neighborhood. The location is good for exploring Hyannis and Provincetown. Check trip advisor for restaurants. Their recommendations got us to excellent restaurants for gourmet meals. And the best feature is the beach. So close and feels like you're on you're own private beach. Definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing vacation.
The property was clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved walking to the beach and also we loved the fact that there were other families with children around the neighborhood. Everything we needed was nearby, the furthest was about 5 miles away. We absolutely loved taking our granddaughters to eat ice cream down the street and Richard's Slush every single night. We had a lot of fun. Lots of privacy. Breakfast at the Seven Seas Restaurant was excellent; it was worth the wait. We would definitely consider renting again.
Very nice property. clean with all you need for a week away. Nicely located a short distance to the beach.
