Family home with 3 finished floors perfect for your Hampton vacation. 2 upstairs bedrooms with an adjacent bathroom, and 2 master bedrooms, each with updated, tiled bathrooms adjoining. The main floor also boasts an open kitchen, dining and living space, with a large, bright family room attached. A large, airy space that includes games for kids and adults, when you're up for a quiet evening in. In a recently renovated area of the home, you'll find a large TV, with all the comforts you'd expect for watching movies, or playing your favorite gaming system. The basement features a ping pong table, small air hockey and dual play electronic basketball game. But the real treasure is found in the backyard, in which you can spend time in our private, heated, gunite pool, with child-proof fence for your peace of mind, or relax poolside in the mature and natural landscape of our quiet yard. When you're ready to explore our neighborhood, walk down to the end of our block and find a creek and beyond, views to Long Beach. We've included the use of 2 stand-up paddle boards for your enjoyment as well as the use of 2 kayaks. Paddle out any time of day and be thrilled by the natural setting! You'll be sure to see wildlife from various bird species, including our resident osprey's who will let you know if you're coming to close to a nest, to various fish and shellfish species. You may even be lucky enough to see a white-tailed deer feeding on the banks, especially in the early morning or just before sunset. Or just paddle out to experience the meditative nature of being on the water! While there are many family friendly eating establishments, we have a well-appointed kitchen to suit your needs as well as a gas grill on the outdoor, backyard patio. Challenge yourself to create an amazing meal from just locally grown and produced fruits, vegetables, fish, cheese, wine and meats obtained from the many roadside farmer's markets.

We are a family of 4 who make this home our permanent residence, hence the reason that we leave our little paradise for such a short period of time! The summer is truly the best time of year in the Hamptons for visiting families as there is such a wealth of activities and experience to make for an unforgettable vacation and memories!
Lisa purchased this House in 1997
Why Lisa chose Town of Southampton
My husband and I were married in the restaurant that existed before the apartments were built on Long Beach. As we were making plans, I remember an evening in which I was slowly driving down Long Beach Road, and said aloud to myself, "If I could live here, I'd be the happiest person in the world!" A year later, in 1997 we purchased our home around the corner from that spot that gave me serendipitous thoughts, and continue to feel grateful to this day!
What makes this House unique
We purchased our home new, it was quite basic, but wonderful, as it was all ours! Over the years, we have updated, upgraded and expanded to accommodate our family, interests and hobbies. We know that you will enjoy our family-friendly amenities, from ping-pong and gathering by the pool to our indoor/outdoor sound system, kayak and SUP's

Summer fun in Sag harbor
This Sag harbor rental far surpassed our previous two rentals in Montauk. The house was perfect for our large family (and our three grandchildren). We loved that the house was very comfortable and that the bedrooms were widely separated (good for the occasionsl crying babies at night.) The yard and the pool were perfect for our family, and we loved the TV room upstairs. Some of us used the paddleboards and kayaks in the water just a short walk away. The owners of the house, Liosa and Brian, were both friendly and accommodationg, helping to make our stay in their home very comfortable. The house is a short drive from the village of Sag harbor - very pleasant and intresting town - and we vi9sited it often. We loved our syay in this house so much that we are considering returning there next summer.
Lovely, spacious home; secluded and private pool; very accessible hosts. We had a wonderful trip.
Our Vacation in Sag harbor
My family recently spent four days at this lovely home in Sag Harbor. The home was everything we hoped it would be--spacious, well maintained, equipped with everything we could have wanted (including kayaks for my son and his friend). The house is walking distance from the Bay and is just around the corner from one of the best beaches in Sag harbor. The owner went out of her way to make sure our visit was enjoyable--even providing us with farm fresh eggs from their chicken coop. All in all, it was a great vacation and we would like to do it again next summer!
Our home is located very close to beautiful bay and ocean beaches. In fact, our quiet street ends at a creek! Row or paddle out in our kayaks or stand-up paddle boards (provided for your stay) to "Monster Cove" just across the creek, or for the more adventurous, paddle out to the harbor. Either way, the views are spectacular, and you're bound to see fish, horseshoe crabs, various types of shellfish, and many species of birds, including swans, egrets and ospreys. When you're ready for surf and waves, head to the various ocean beaches along our Atlantic coast, such as Scott Cameron or Sagg Main, either being a 15 minute drive. If you prefer a quiet and calm beach experience, head around the corner to our bay, Long Beach. Take a stroll and find slipper and jingle shells along the way. There are plenty of other enjoyments in our area, you're in the Hamptons after all, including horseback riding, tennis and other park activities for children and adults, golf, yoga and gym. Or take the family to Mashashimuet Park, a 5 minute drive, to enjoy a fun afternoon or evening of collegiate league summer baseball. While you can cook or BBQ in our home, various restaurants, ice cream shops and convenience stores are just minutes away in Sag Harbor Village. Or head in the opposite direction on Sag/Bridge Tnpk, toward Bridgehampton to try some of the excellent restaurants that serve fresh, local offerings in family friendly settings. Be on the lookout for our many local farmer's markets that offer the best area grown produce, eggs, meats, fish, wine and cheeses. In fact, an excellent farmer's market is located at the top of our block, so walk on over and challenge yourself to make an "all-local" meal from Serene Green's various delectables!
