This home offers a total of 7 bedrooms, 6 1/2 baths: 5 bedroom/4 1/2 baths in the main house and a large 2 bedroom/2 baths guest/pool house, connected via an enclosed and heated breezeway. 2 car garage. Laundry room. 3 fireplaces. See rental prices below at the end of the description. In the main house: the formal living room and dining room are decorated with a mix of European Antiques and modern furniture and overlook a 3.8 acres garden, an enclosed heated pool and Georgica Pond. Covered decks have patio furniture and a dining area. The eat-in kitchen opens up into a sunroom set up as a family TV room. There is also a 1st floor guest bedroom/ bathroom, convenient for elderly guests or those who wish to be steps from the deck and garden. Upstairs, there is a large family room with full views of the pond, a master bedroom en suite with its master bath and private sitting room, 3 guest bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pool house with its own entry door, offers direct access and views to the pool, a big sitting room with a wet bar area, separate wash/dry. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Wifi in the whole home. Please be aware that during the High Season, the house rents for a STRICT MINIMUM of 2 WEEKS ONLY. ENQUIRIES FOR LESS THAN A 2 WEEKS RENTAL WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. Rates are: June $12,000/week, July $18,000/week, August $25,000 + a $15,000 refundable security/utilities deposit. Please enquire with the owner for specific available open dates.
