Queen size bed in bedroom 1 and full size bed in guest bedroom.

In the living room, you'll find comfortable large sectional sofa and club chair.

The kitchen is stocked with basic essential cookware. Appliances include toaster oven, coffee maker, waffle maker, and electric griddle.

Each year, I come back to enjoy the lovely Herring Cove Beach, the wonderful town and all that it has to offer, and of course, to unwind with great company. A little history about the property: Edward C. “Babe” Carreiro (1926-2008), proprietor of Tip for Tops’n, and crew member of the Shirley & Roland, acquired this property in 1957, with his wife, Eva Elizabeth (Cook) Grace Carreiro (1925-2000). It had been owned by Clara (Cabral) Cook, the daughter of Amos Cabral (±1877-1948), a fisherman who came in about 1900 from São Miguel in the Azores, and his wife, Mary Gloria (Dears) Cabral (d 1955), who also came from São Miguel. The Carreiros moved to Truro in 1997. This is now a three-unit condo.

Great property, good location

We stayed here for a couple nights, so it was a short trip, but really enjoyed it. The condo is comfortable, if a tad small, well maintained and less than 2 blocks from Commercial street. If you drive, we aware, the owner isn't kidding when he says the garage only fits a compact size vehicle... it's true! Luckily, there's plenty of parking around town.

I'd definitely stay here again, especially for a weekend get-away!

Very nice condo!

This place is perfectly situated. We stayed there for 3 nights and we really enjoyed PTown. There's a very nice terrasse for breakfast and afternoon drinks.

AWESOME PROPERTY, WONDERFUL HOST

I LOVE Provincetown, and my annual trip is only enhanced when I stay in a property like this. The location was perfect - far enough out of the middle of town to not have to deal with the noise, etc but still VERY walkable (10 mins to Joe Coffee) and accessible. We arrived and it was clean and neat. Michael was wonderful to deal. He made check in and check out super easy and was available for any questions we had during the week. I would easily stay here again and would highly recommend both the property and the owner to anyone interested in staying in PTown! Thanks Michael!!

Very nice condo!!!

We were late to make a reservation this year, but we sure lucked out with this gem of a condo. A very nice above ground level condo blocks away from Commercial Street. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and ready for check in. Check out was a breeze and deposit returned within a few days!

The owner was more than helpful with activity suggestions and always making sure we had everything we needed. All in all a great experience.

Good location

We really enjoyed our trip to P-town, especially being able to walk everywhere in town. The apartment is well furnished and has the necessary modern conveniences. The air conditioning units sit in the floor in the living room and master bedroom and take up a lot of space and are noisy but necessary on warm days due to the heat coming from the hot water heater in the middle of the unit. The ceilings are low and it feels a bit cramped.

There are very detailed instructions for using all of the equipment in the rental.
