Nicely remodeled three story townhouse is an end unit with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own en suite private bathrooms. There is a 1/2 bath on main floor, hot tub on the back deck and detached garage. The unit is close to the free bus line and directly adjacent to the public recreation facility. This unit can sleep eight. It also has two large decks for enjoying the beautiful Park City weather, a barbecue grill, gas fire place and HD TV's in the living room and each bedroom. Fast WiFi is accessible anywhere in the house. Enjoy a large, open grassy area directly off the back deck.

You'll enjoy all the amenities provided in this townhouse. The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances (gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine), new dinnerware and kitchenware and all the basic kitchen staples you'll need to make your stay enjoyable. The bathrooms are stocked with comfortable linens and basic supplies (lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner).

This townhouse is perfect for Sundance because of it's proximity to two of the main theaters.

Enjoy great access to world-class skiing. This townhouse is less than 5 minutes (via car) to Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort and only 10 minutes (via car) to Deer Valley. All resorts are accessible by the free city bus that picks up a short walk from the townhouse. With Vail Resorts acquisition of both PCMR and Canyons, enjoy the largest single ski resort in North America for one price.

Also a perfect location for all summer activities - golf, mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding at nearby reservoirs. Historic Main Street is minutes away with shopping and a wide array of restaurants. Olympic Park and Tanger Outlet Mall are a short drive or free bus ride away.

About Heidi and Jason Mischel

We are a family of five from South Dakota. We fell in love with Park City on a summer trip and returned a few months later for a long weekend of skiing, snowboarding and running. This townhouse will become our home away from home during ski season and a family retreat for all of Park City's awesome summer mountain activities.

Why Heidi and Jason Mischel chose Park City

We fell in love with the great location and the top-to-bottom remodel that was completed in 2014. We are close to 3 ski resorts, Main Street, MARC, the free bus route and only 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport. We wanted a quiet neighborhood with some green space to enjoy Park City's great weather. Being from South Dakota, we enjoy the moderate winters and the dry, comfortable summers.

What makes this townhome unique

This property is newly and completely remodeled. All appliances, doors, trim, bedding - everything is new as of late 2014. This property offers access to everything Park City has to offer but the quiet setting of the Racquet Club offers a great sense of peace and quiet.

We could not go on this trip because the Pilot fire in So. CA was close to where we live.

The owners did not have to refund any money at this late date but they were kind enough to offer to refund 50% due the emergency circumsatance. We are very thanful for their generousity.

It looks like it is not a good idea to leave home in CA. during both the summer or fall due to increased fire danger. Those who deny climate change and global warming need to listen to the scientists!!!

Quiet comfort.

Upscale furnishings, clean and fresh, in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely grass and aspens around the deck. Had one question via text, got an immediate response.

The stairs to the bedrooms are steep and the railing is low, so if mobility is a problem, be aware. Parking may be a problem if you have multiple cars. The garage space is reserved and secure, which is very nice.

I would not hesitate to stay there again, and highly recommend this condo.

Davis109 is great family house!!!

We stayed at Davis109 just before Easter for late season skiing. This house had everything our family of 5 needed. Each bedroom had its own full bath. There was no waiting to shower at the end of the day. The hot water heater never ran out!!! Our teenagers put it to the test.

We watched several rounds of March Madness on the HDTVs in the evening. We used the hot tub after skiing each day. While we chose to take advantage of Park City's restaurants, the kitchen had everything needed to eat in. The house is considered "North of Main" We had our pick of places to eat every night. We recommend Sammy's Bistro and Adolph's. They are both within a mile of the house. We also enjoyed sushi at Shabu on Main Street.

We were able to park our Suburban with ski rack (and skis) in the garage!!!

Don't pass up this condo! It was perfect!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The condo was updated and the set up was perfect. The hot tub is an added bonus, which we definitely needed after long days of skiing. The location was so close to park city ski resort. The bus is only a short walk and is free. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The kitchen even had some cooking essentials so we didn't have to buy as much as we thought, ex: oil, seasonings, paper towels, coffee, foil, sugar. I would absolutely recommend this condo. The owners quickly responded to emails and put me in touch with the right person for any additional questions we needed. Thanks so much for making our trip perfect!!!

family get-away

This is an older development but it is well maintained and this unit has been very well remodeled and updated.

Each bedroom has its' own nice bathroom. Flat screen TV's throughout with DVD players and all. It is very clean, comfortable and supplied. Owner and management folks were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again for making our mini vacation so pleasant.
