Upon arrival guests will enter into the main bedroom. This bedroom features 2 queen size beds, a nightstand between the beds, an accent chair, a TV stand with a large wall mounted, smart TV above, and access to the full bathroom just down the hall. This bathroom features a large, jetted tub/shower combo, vanity, and mirror! As of 2023, this unit features some stunning updates that include brand new designer tile flooring, new baseboards, new decor, new furniture, new kitchen counter tops, two new smart TV's, new appliances, and two new HVAC units!

The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room and features full-size appliances. Guests will have access to a new fridge / freezer, new microwave, kitchen sink, and plentiful cabinet space! The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand.

Making your way into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. The living room is fully furnished with a couch that converts to a bed, an accent chair, coffee table, TV stand with a large wall mounted, smart TV, small table and chairs, a built-in bar area with additional seating, and access to the oceanfront balcony! This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 1st floor of the Boardwalk Resort, the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and beautiful sunsets!

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
