This beautiful house was recently renovated and painted with non-VOC paints. Each bedroom has its own private bath.
The master suite will delight couples with its king bed and gorgeous new bathroom. The master suite equals any 4+ star hotel room.
We have high speed internet throughout the house and flat screen TVs on each floor with DirectTV.
Our Billiards Room has a regulation size, 9' table., a flat screen TV, and a leather futon to accommodate extra guests.
You'll enjoy our two wood burning fireplaces. and our outdoor fire pit.
Delight in our outdoor hot tub for a midnight soak surrounded by nature.
We are just a short 12 minute scenic and paved drive into downtown Brevard where you will have find grocery stores, restaurants, bars
and shopping. We have a carport for easy unloading and lots of parking. The house has a balcony, screened in porch and another
porch where you can just sit and take in the beautiful surroundings.
We are very close to great hiking trails, gorgeous waterfalls, Dupont State Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

About Luanne Allgood
I opened my first vacation rental (the Best of All Worlds) in 2009. I enjoy sharing my beautiful homes with guests from all over. I travel frequently and rent places around the world. I know what is needed and frequently lacking in short term rentals. It is my great pleasure to help you have a great vacation in Brevard.
Here's my bio:
Luanne presently works in the entertainment industry as an Executive Producer.
During her 15 years as a volunteer teacher at the Miami Rescue Mission, she worked with over a 1000 men helping them believe in themselves and begin making healthier choices.
Luanne was the recipient of the “Donor Next Door Award” from Leave a Legacy Foundation for her work at the mission.
The Creative Living class was featured on NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams in the Making a Difference segment and in USA Today.
She is an accomplished bassoonist and played with the Miami Symphony for several years including their Carnegie Hall performance in 2000.

A great place for quiet time , camp fires and time together.
The house was clean and attractive. I loved having the main bedroom on the first floor. The fire pit was a huge success. We had a few nights around the campfire. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. The location was wonderful for getting into town and hikes. The best part was how quiet it was. My only complaint is the cookware needs to be replaced.
A great place for families that want to spent time together. A lot of open space.
Restful
Peaceful and relaxing, this lovely mountain home is well equipped and very roomy. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. No lack of supplies for laundry, cooking, and general needs. Easy to get to from town and a great location for hiking. My family is eager to come back.
Wonderful weekend and very relaxing!
The house was amazing. We slept 9 adults and a 1 year old very comfortably. There were all the amenities needed to cook meals daily and even some extras. We enjoyed the fire pit outback at night and the S'mores kit was an excellent touch. Luanne was wonderful and even allowed us to check in a little early to accommodate travel with our young daughter. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip to Brevard.

We had such a wonderful stay at Abundant Joy! Even the name was perfect for the occasion! We are six sisters who needed a break from reality and all met for the weekend to hike and relax. The house was close to everything we needed and wanted! It was well stocked with THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS AND PILLOWS!!! We will be making this our annual spot from now on! Thank you so much, Luanne!!!
Great home, beautiful view of the mountains!
The house was in a great location. Very comfortable for 8 people. Needs a few minor touch ups in the home but besides that the house was very nice, clean and modern.

My family spent Thanksgiving in Abundant Joy. It was very comfortable and spacious! We had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoyed the fireplace. Plenty of wood available. The owner provided everything for s'mores. Nice treat! Some of us enjoyed the hot tub. The home was very clean. Would stay here again.
