Ensuite-Bathroom: Modern Luxurious bathroom with underfloor heating, Shower and toilet plus bed linen and towels. Our mattresses are cleaned professionally.
BEDROOM 2: Bedroom with King Size bed. Flatscreen TV with Internet Access/Entertainment.
BEDROOM 3: Double bedroom with small double bed. Flatscreen TV with Internet Access/Entertainment. There is no photo of this bedroom since it has just been renovated to a high standard.
GARDEN: Beautiful private garden space with tables/chairs, and barbecue facilities. A small burn(stream) runs by the side of our garden, making it a uniquely tranquil place within the city.
Free WIFI is available, all basic necessities (water, milk, bread, jam, sugar, tea, coffee, eggs, Soap, Shampoo, Bath Stuff) are provided. We also provide visitors with info regarding where to eat, what to see and maps/tourist guides.

This is a unique old property located on the edge of the west end. It is hidden gem - located on the corner of a quiet street / lane and very private. It is very peaceful and yet a few minutes to walk into town and also within a short walking distance to the west end hotels, restaurants and bars. It is not necessary to have a car but a parking permit can be made available upon request. Parking spaces always available as its not a busy street. i have recently upgraded the furniture , re decorated, installed a
new boiler, installed an extra fridge and made the residence very desirable. All bed linen is new and mattresses are professionally cleaned.

Absolutely great home. It appears as if the owner lives in it full time as every single amenity is present. A great location with beautiful furnishings. We really felt as if we were at home. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the living and dining rooms are very cozy and intimate. The owner was very helpful and provided a parking pass for our car and was very easy to contact. I would highly recommend for any group going into the Aberdeen, Scotland are!

No Pets are allowed and the property cannot be used for parties - I have a beautiful home and wish for any tenant to respect the effort taken to make this a comfortable stay / experience during your stay... The property is close to west end hotels and the city centre. Towels should be washed in machine and hung up to dry in utility room before you depart , apart from the towel you use on the morning of departure.Therefore please wash all towels the night or day before you depart and hang up in order o dry for next guest.. thanks and much appreciated
