CHECK-IN: After 3:00pm on the first day of your reservation. Access codes given via hospitality app. Can also be given by text or phone the day before (or day of) arrival.
CHECK-OUT: By 11:00am on the last day of your reservation.
LOCATION: 45 min from Salt Lake International Airport on Captain Molly Dr. (see map). Less than 10 min walk (or bus ride) to Park City ski lifts! Free bus service throughout Park City & Snyderville/Kimball Junction area. Visit Deer Valley and Canyons resorts, Main Street, Tanger Outlet Stores, Utah Olympic Park, Gorgoza tubing park, and more during your stay!
West side of condo faces Park City Mountain Resort. Condominiums are next to Cole Sport (ski/bike rentals). Walk across the street to Fresh Market grocery, Rite Aid pharmacy, Cinemark theater, and more!
Try out the SUMMER/FALL fun at Park City Resort's Alpine slides, Park City and Park Meadows golf courses, Dirt Bike park, Skateboard park, as well as all the trails for mountain biking, hiking, running and walking.

CLEANING: Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out time, and is scheduled at least weekly for stays beyond one week. Additional cleaning can be arranged but is not included in the listed price and must be paid in advance.
PAYMENTS: Visa, eChecks, MasterCard, and Discover accepted through VRBO's secure online reservation site.
FEES: A $59 refundable property damage deposit, a $155 checkout cleaning fee, and a lodging tax (10%-12%) is required.
Reservation Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total payment is required to confirm reservation requests. Full payment is required two weeks (14 days) before arrival.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before reservation date; 50% refund less $50 fee if cancelled 2-4 weeks before reservation; 25% refund less $50 fee if cancelled less than two weeks before reservation; 0% refund if cancelled less than one week before reservation.

We are long-time Utah residents who enjoy traveling both near and far. We love Park City's variety of recreation, from swimming and nature hikes to music festivals and gallery walks. Our 10 children and nearly 30 grandchildren often visit here; Park City has something for everyone!

It's a great place during any season. The condo is comfortable and very close to many conveniences, including a grocery store, spa, pharmacy, movie theater, bike/ski rentals, restaurants, and covered bus stops. It's less than a 10 min walk/bus ride to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, a 15 min ride to The Canyons Resort, and only a few minutes walk to City Park. We love it!
The sidewalk in front of the complex leads to a nice running/biking path. The opposite side of the complex borders on PCMR's beautiful, green golf course (or sparkling white cross-country ski run, depending on the season). It really is a great place to be!
Fun Fact: We bought this condo from stuntman and actor, Tom Hart, former husband of Hollywood star, Kate Jackson, of 'Charlie's Angels' fame.

We have stayed in this condo several years before and love the location. We were excited to be able to stay again for our president's ski week. It is perfect for 2 couples or a family looking for a convenient place for skiing. There is a grocery store right across the Main Street. There are 2 bus stops nearby. The owners are very accessible, answering all questions quickly. The condo is very well equipped, we ate our breakfast and most of the dinners there. We will be back, probably next year!!
This condo is in a great location, close to the Park City ski lifts, the free bus stop and supermarkets. It is clean, comfortable, warm, spacious and homely. Some aspects of the property could do with a little updating but this is a minor observation and wouldn't stop me from booking it again. It was good value for money.
This condo has a great location, within walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort (about 1-2 blocks). It also had a lot more space than I was expecting, including a separate dining room/table in addition to kitchen and living room area. Bedrooms upstairs were good sized, and each had its own full bathroom, in addition to a half bath downstairs. The condo itself is pretty dated, with many electrical plugs and lights not working, and a serious need to update the bathrooms (loud whistling noise when you flush the toilet, etc). There are also not a lot of dinner plates, bowls (I think only 4 or so of each), so every time our family of 5 wanted to eat with bowls or normal sized plates, we had to do the dishes, or eat with bread plates. But we ate out a lot on the trip so it wasn't a huge deal. All in all, I was happy with our stay because of the location and size of the condo, and I would stay here again. Thank you to Stacy!
My friends and I stayed during Sundance and had a terrific time. This place is walkable to many major venues and is right on the free shuttle line. The hot-tub's privacy, but being open to the snowing sky was a major plus. Everything was clean and operational. And the value was incredible!
This house was dirty. The bath tub had not been cleaned dirty dishes. Not one dinner plate. Mirrors in bath were spotted tables and furniture were dusty. Only thing good was location.
We were two couples who had a great time here. We came to ski and shop. This condo listed all the amenities we were looking for and at a great price. The private hot tub in the entryway atrium was a huge plus. The 24 hour laundry room key is at the front desk. There was a small washer in the unit also. There really was no need for a vehicle, as there are buses running all day. We drove to come sport to pick up our ski gear and had a great laugh, as we discovered it is only 150 feet or so from the unit. Pleasant owners to work with. Would stay again!
Skateboard park; Dirt jump park; Alpine Coaster; Ice Arena, etc. The Salt Lake City area hosts Hogle Zoo, a planetarium, City Creek & Gateway malls, and much more. Lagoon amusement park is north of Salt Lake.
