About Coyote Casitas , Sally McNeil-Blimling
Purchased the property 13 years ago as a second home. There was a separate large garage. Recently, we have built a new garage with a large casita behind our house. This is zoned commercial and will be a short-term rental as it is located within Kayenta Art Village. My husband is an architect and I have been a real estate

Why Coyote Casitas , Sally McNeil-Blimling chose Kayenta
broker for over 20 years in two other states. This property was so enchanting with the serene desert and red mountains, it appealed to all of our needs for a second home. The Santa Fe design of the houses was also utmost in our decision, having close ties with New Mexico in the past. Since, my son has come to live with us from back east, it made for a perfect fit. He could manage it while we traveled occasionally . It is a lovely piece of property near national parks and in an almost exclusive adult community. There is much to do and many cultural events. A theatre is in the process of construction within the village and walking distance from the casita. The gourmet coffee shop offers delicious food and is also open on the weekends for evening meals. The community has many people from all over the country who have either retired in this area or have a second home. It is because the area offers so many nearby parks, sports events, cultural events and just everyday sightseeing. The mountains of red rock "kayenta" are a view that never grows tiresome and one of enlightenment on a daily basis. Come see for yourself and you will know why we chose this spot. Pictures cannot describe the beauty nor the feeling of serenity.
What makes this Cottage unique
Since photos, do not do the area justice, you must SEE this location to believe. As the owner, I feel confident that you will be pleased with our casita.

Wonderful place and location! Highly recommend staying at the casita as a very comfortable and welcoming place located close to the community amenities. We’ll be staying again for sure. Thanks to Sally for making our stay so enjoyable.

Kayenta Art Village
The Casita was a great VRBO location outside of St George in Kayenta Art Village. It has an excellent kitchen, living area and large bedroom area plus a shower and deep soaking tub. Direct TV and a free Netflix connection along with a DVD player ensured plenty of entertainment.
The Casita location was close to the art shops in the Art Village and also the Xetara Cafe. The food at the cafe was very well prepared. We really appreciated the fact that the patio area has two pet friendly tables including water dishes for the dog.
The Anasazi Trail turnoff with its popular petroglyphs is only 1.5 mile from the Kayenta Art Village--although the 3 miles trip was a very warm hike in late August. The trail is well marked and well worth the hike.
St George has a large number of excellent restaurants with free public parking. There are a number of large supermarkets in and around St George with Harmons close to the VRBO.

This was indeed a first-rate accommodation. Thank you Sally for making this a memorable stay.
This is a fantastic property. I would definitely stay here again.
This casita has amazing views from every window! It is outfitted with everything you need for a great getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed the soaking tub after a long run. Also, definitely check out Xetava restaurant within walking distance!
This locality has much to offer; there will be brochures about
the current activities depending on what date you travel to "coyote
casita." The local coffee shop which is just down the hill; will
also have all the info. The art village which is the location of the
casita has several festivals throughout the year. Spring and fall
seem to be the most popular for events. Check out the St. George, UT events of the year. There are many and are listed on internet.
