Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and over 2700 square feet, it sleeps 12 people perfectly.

Walking into the open and airy living room, kitchen and dining room, you'll feel right at home. In the living room, you'll find plenty of seating and lounging space, a gas fireplace, a 46" HD Smart TV with DVD, and a ceiling fan. A - bath is located close-by.

Next to the living room, the dining area has a large table with seating for 10 plus additional seating for 3 at the bar. The luxurious, fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you'll need to eat in. Pots/pans, plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, a Ninja blender, toaster, coffee pot, and crock pot are included.

The patio is also located off the main floor. A beautiful fire pit with seating is available year-round. There's also a large table with umbrella and plenty of seating as well as a gas BBQ for your use.

The main level Master Bedroom is beautiful and spacious. There's a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom with a large, amazing shower featuring four shower heads and three body sprayers. You'll be sure to enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in this gorgeous room.

Upstairs, a large loft with a desk and seating awaits you. There are also two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a King-sized bed and one with a Queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The large capacity HE Washer and Dryer are also located in a small laundry room on the upper level.

The lowest level of the home has a huge bunkroom. Two bunk beds and two twin trundles provide sleeping for 6 people. There's a lot of floor space, a 55" HD Smart TV with DVD player, an Xbox, and a shared bathroom. It's a great place to hang out and relax after a day on the slopes.

The entire home has central air-conditioning, full heat, FREE wifi, and cable television.

There's room for two cars to park in the garage and two to park in the driveway. Be aware that street or recreational vehicle parking is not allowed any time of year.

Along with the beautiful home, you'll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a 15-seat movie theater, a private conference room, an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it's sure to add to your amazing getaway. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There's a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, there are several walking trails leading to a covered pavilion, 15-acre community park and large grass-sports area.

Beautiful vacation home with everything you need for a fabulous stay!

Our family has stayed in this house twice, once in July and once over the Christmas holidays. The home is beautifully furnished, clean, and is stocked with everything you need for a big family. The beds are comfy, which is important! The pictures show exactly what it looks like. The owner is responsive and helpful in answering questions. The ski areas and downtown Park City are a quick 8-10 minute drive away. By the house, my kids love the great sledding hills that are only two houses away, the hiking path behind the house, and watching movies in the community center's movie theater. Bring your own movie, and the seats are really cushy and recline. Friendly neighbors too. We will stay here again!

Our extended family of 10 recently rented this property for a biking vacation. Upon arrival we found the home to be very clean, spacious and extremely well appointed. In fact, this is by far the best appointed rental we’ve ever experienced. Everything in the house was top quality (furniture, beds, décor, appliances, kitchen ware, etc.) The home offered plenty of space for us to gather for meals and also provided areas where you could get some private time. Location to Park City and the surrounding area was idea. Park City was an easy 5 minute drive and we were close to US-40 (~1.5 miles), which provided quick access to other areas of the Wasatch Range. We had a fantastic time in Park City and surrounding areas and will most certainly visit again. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

If the owner reads this, please pass along our Thanks to your neighbor, he was extremely friendly and very helpful giving us insight into the area.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated ski vacation home!

"A picture is worth a thousand words". The photos presented are accurate. This ski home is beautiful, warm and inviting. It's has all the amenities you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon.
