Guest Bedroom- trundle twin beds, large closet, bathroom just across the hall.

Living Room- futon style sofa that can be lowered into sleeping area.

Our bathrooms feature decorative sinks and beautifully tiled showers to prepare for your night on the town.

The kitchens have new stainless steel appliances including full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender (for Pina Coladas & Margaritas), dishes as well as pots and pans needed for your stay.

With central heating & air conditioning and plenty of closet space!

There is a semi-private swimming pool available to guests of the 4-Plex and a quiet deck area in which to relax or grill out. The backyard has two showers to rinse off after returning from the beach!

We have carefully chosen to provide a fresh inviting atmosphere by completely renovating the inside and outside of these units. It is conveniently located with easy access to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. You will find this to be a relaxing getaway that is great for couples, families or small groups seeking the adventures of South Padre Island.

What to Pack

Why You May Need It

In many ways, packing for a condo rental vacation is much like packing for a hotel stay; you’ll need your personal items like clothes and toiletries. In some ways, however, it differs. Because rentals allow you to cook your own meals and don’t have housekeeping staff on the premises in most cases, you will need to bring a few extra things to enjoy your stay.

• Paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, napkins

• Rentals have only a starter supply so odds are good that you’ll run out Basic seasonings

• Rentals may have salt and pepper-but they may not, and a few other basic spices make cooking easier as well.

• Cooking oil Most rentals do have cooking basic. Most people remember to buy coffee but tend to forget coffee filters, and many rentals have a drip coffee maker. • Towels, beach toys/sandcastle bldg items, sunscreen, aloe gel for sunburns, frisbee, beach chairs, beach umbrella, floats/boogie boards/skim boards, goggles

• Specialty kitchen gadgets Most rentals have only the basics. Plan your menu ahead of time so you know which items from your home kitchen you’ll need.

• All-purpose cleaner Condo rental do not offer a cleaning service so you’ll want to be able to tidy up during your time there.

• First aid kit: Unlike a hotel, there’s no one around to help if you have an injury. Even if the rental has a first aid kit, it’s best to have your own well-stocked one at hand.

• When you’re on vacation, you might not want to wash dishes after every meal; disposables can give you a break. Disposable plates, glasses, and utensils

• Safety gear: there’s a pool or you’re by the ocean, you might want life jackets. If there is bike riding, you’ll need helmets. Pack for your activities at the vacation rental.

• the fridge has an ice maker, you won’t have access to one like you do at a hotel. An extra bag of ice is always a good idea.

There are also excursions for jet skiing, deep sea fishing, paragliding and more. You can truly have an amazing time at the beach when you treat yourself to an exceptional South Padre vacation.

About John Cisneros

My family has an extensive Hotel and tourism background and growing up I thought I would always be in the industry. Paths changed and I am currently a healthcare consulting firm executive originally from the South Padre Island area. A James Pace High School graduate some of my fondest memories growing up was spending time on SPI with friends and family. When the opportunity to invest in real estate came along I jumped at the chance to partner with my longtime friend Bo and his father Ron who retired to the area. Together we take pride in providing an oasis for our guests and try to enjoy the island as well when time permits. My favorite things to do are just relaxing on the beach, coaching youth sports, working out and making improvements to our investment properties.

Wonderful

My wife and I loved our vacation in South Padre this February. The weather was perfect and the condo we stayed in was roomy and located so we could walk to the beach for the sun rise and in the evening walk to the bay and watch the sun set! Looking forward to next year!

Very nice!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our last visit was the week of Christmas so some of the businesses had closed down for the holidays but there where still plenty of things to do. We have stayed at this property and another property owned by the same people on at least 3 occasions. Both locations have pools so if you don't want to go to the beach you don't have to. You are close to everything so you can walk or bike if you would like. Everyone on the island is very friendly and I always feel quite at home there. The properties have full kitchens and washer/ driers if you need to do laundry during your stay or want to prepare meals. It's definitely a great place to stay. I'm looking forward to many more stays on the island!

DON'T RENT HERE!!!!

We planned a quick weekend last May 2016 and arrived late into the night because we had a delay with a school event. We arrived at approximately 4 am to a filthy condo. Dirty kitchen: sticky counters, stove with food all over it, sink filled with who knows what. Dirty restrooms, dirty bedrooms - not what you expect upon arrival, especially at 4 am!! They tried to move us next door - same thing. Looked like someone had a party and made a huge mess. Someone forgot to schedule the units to be cleaned before guests arrived! It was disgusting. Roaches were on the stove. We found some cleaner and wiped everything down. We did find some clean sheets so we made the beds and tried to at least get 2-3 hours of sleep before the cleaning crew arrive at 8 am. We were promised a refund. Never got it after several attempts to communicate with the management.

The main attractions are the warm waters of teh gulf of Mexico, great restaurants and night spots offering a wide variety of themes and live entertainment. The island is a top fishing destination where one can surf fish, wade fish in the bay, or book one of the many party boats for gulf or bay fishing.
