Spacious 2br/2ba with large kithen & dinning areas for entertaining

This spacious 2 bedroom condo accommodates 6 people. The master bedroom has a full bathroom and French doors opening up to the semi-private pool and backyard area. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. Full size washer and dryer in unit. A large living room and full size kitchen offer all the comforts of home. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee maker. toaster, full stove, and dishwasher. Also included are dishes, utensils, cups, and pots and pans. Short walking distance to beach access, shopping and entertainment. There is also an island shuttle to move along the main drag.

We look forward to hearing back on your stay and your relaxed sensation you felt after stepping out for a brisk walk on the beach.

Parties to this Agreement

Begee House and Hope Condos and the Guest. This agreement is between the Begee House and Hope Condos and the Guest. The Guest is responsible for all persons staying in the rented property. A list of all guests staying on the property is required 30 days prior to arrival 02/17/18 by 5 PM to guarantee your room. Emailed the guest (EMAIL HIDDEN) 30 days before check in date. This agreement cannot be assigned to another person or guest.

Who Can Rent to 18yrs an above - The Guest represents they are a family group as defined by federal fair housing laws. The Rental Agent rents to family or groups only. However, some units will allow un-chaperoned students or young adult groups, assuming prior arrangements have been made. Those exceptions are only valid if noted in writing on the front of your confirmation.

******Number of Guests – Occupancy Limits - Your reservation is for a specific number of Guests, in this case Qty 6. The maximum occupancy for the property you have rented is clearly stated on your reservation receipt. Local civic and Home Owner Association regulations restrict the number of Guests allowed to stay in condominium properties. The properties rented through Begee and Hope Condos and its facilities are for the use of registered guests only. Please advise management of any visitors (not on the guest list) that will be visiting during your stay to help avoid any embarrassing confrontations.

***** Note Begee and Hope Condos cannot be used for parties, dinners, family re-unions, or other gatherings including persons just visiting for the day that would cause the occupancy limits to be exceeded. No parties, excessive noise, or harassing other Guest or any illegal activity shall take place at our property. As per Owner or Management, if at any time the maximum number of occupants (# 6) is exceeded or if complaints are received, the Owner or Management has the right to evict any Guest and all occupants immediately and Guest will lose their Complete stay and damage deposit with no refund if you are Evicted.

March 1 to March 31 Wrist Bands Policy is enforced only during certain times of the year such as spring break

Many condominium properties now require the wearing of wrist bands to access the property. The cost of wrist bands is $20.00 per guest the maximum occupancy of each unit determines the number of wrist bands that may be distributed or sold to Guest a for March 1 to 31 All guest agree to wear the designated wrist band always during their stay. Each person issued a wrist band must sign for receipt of the wrist band at check-in. A replacement fee of $50 will be charged for lost wrist bands or Damaged Wrist bands.

For Spring Break Reservations – Spring Break reservations are non-refundable. Changes in a reservation such as shortening a stay or transferring to another property are considered a cancellation. The Rental Agent strictly adheres to this Cancellation Policy. Please notify us

immediately of cancellation.

Automobiles and Parking - Parking at most properties is limited. Many properties have space for only two automobiles per condominium unit. Additional automobiles will need to be parked outside of designated property parking areas. Begee and Hope Condos allows 2 automobiles per condo.

Cancellation Policies - as per policy Begee and Hope Condos requires a 90-day Notice of Cancellation for the Guest to receive a Partial refund of rental payments. The Guest refund will be less the first Night Stay administrative fee(URL HIDDEN)

Or as per (URL HIDDEN) policy:

Cancellation The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation

and the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Prepayment The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation

and the remaining amount in the 30 days before arrival.

For Stays of More Than 30 Days – The holding fees for stays of more than 30 days are non-refundable.X________

Hurricane Evacuation - Should the Township of South Padre Island issue a Mandatory Evacuation order; the Rental Agent is under no obligation to refund any unused portion of the Guests rental fee. For that reason, the Rental Agent strongly encourages the Guest to purchase Travel Insurance. X_________

Check-in Time - Check-in time is after 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival at the Begee and Hope Condos Management will welcome you at the condo. Please Call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) When you are crossing the bridge, so management will be at the condo waiting to make sure all Guest are there to sign in. Occasional check-in delays may occur during peak seasons due to traffic delays on bridge.

Keys - At Check-in you will be issues a maximum of two keys per reservation. All keys must be returned to management upon Check-out. There will be a $50.00 charge for each key not returned.

Housekeeping Services - Your property will be cleaned, with fresh linens and beds made before your arrival. You understand that no housekeeping services will be performed during your stay, unless requested, at a rate of $75.00 per cleaning.

Pet Dogs - If you need to bring a pet along, an additional refundable damage deposit of $100.00 is required at check-in. It is nonrefundable if additional cleaning is necessary due to damage cause by the pet. Select properties allow small dogs, and only by separate arrangement with the Begee and Hope Condos. Should we discover a pet in the accommodations, you will be charged a fee for pest control, a deep clean, and an additional day’s rent which, when combined, usually amounts to $500.

Pets are not allowed in the pool area at all, No Exceptions

Damage Deposit with PET is $300.00, Required upon check-in Booking Condo

Damage Deposit without PET $200.00, Required upon check-in

What You Will Find at the Property - Beds will be made with sheets and pillows. If the property you are renting is equipped with a sofa-sleeper and you plan on using it, please let us know before your check-in, so that sheets will be provided for the sofa-sleeper.

Bath towels, sheets and pillow. Towel are not being use at the pool or beach. You will also find a small wrapped bar of hand soap and a wrapped roll of toilet tissue. For information on other items provide, please call management or text with inquires.

Kitchen is equipped with most standard cooking needs. For cleaning up after meals you will find a 3oz. bottle of dish washing liquid, 2 automatic dishwasher tablets (if the property has a dishwasher), a cello dish sponge or dish rag, plus 1 or 2 tea towels. Very Clean, spacious 2 br/2ba, washer & dryer, pool and backyard area. Beach is within walking distance and close to the main drag of SPI for shopping and dining and entertainment. Additionally, multiple parties can rent the adjacent 3 and 2 bedroom condos making it the perfect for family reunions. Collectively there is close to 6,800sq ft plus huge balconies to enjoy the outdoors.

The best location if you are going to South Padre to have fun. Everything is super near (stripes, Louis Backyard, bungee, the beach) at walking distance. The best price you could find at South Padre and Bo rocks as a host. He is super quick to respond to your messages and always willing to help. The apartment it's beautiful and really clean.

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed staying at this location. We have rented several condos in Padre in the past 10 years. We love the location, a block from the beach, and enjoyed the condo itself. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We would hope to stay again next year.

Wonderful Summer Vacation

We stayed 4 nights and when we opened the door we were amazed at how spacious the place was compared to the pictures our kids had a wonderful time and so did we I liked that fact that we could swim in the comfort of our own area and the fact that we was close to everything. We will definitely be back this condo was beautiful and very relaxing!!

The property was very nice and spacious.

The property was nice and spacious. Bigger than I thought. I like that all dishes were provided. The master bedroom bed is too squeaky though but everything was great and clean. Thank you. I will be renting again through you.
