Spacious 2 BR / 2 BA property with large kitchen & dining areas for entertaining

This spacious 2 bedroom condo accommodates 6 people. The master bedroom has a full bathroom and French doors opening up to the semi-private pool and backyard area. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. Full size washer and dryer in unit. A large living room and full size kitchen offer all the comforts of home. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee maker. toaster, full stove, and dishwasher. Also included are dishes, utensils, cups, and pots and pans. Short walking distance to beach access, shopping and entertainment. There is also an island shuttle to move along the main drag.

We look forward to hearing back on your stay and your relaxed sensation you felt after stepping out for a brisk walk on the beach.

9am to 5pm to make sure he recived your booking / Also to check on to see if there's any extra contracts that may need to be filled out that are set for certain times of the season regards to extra deposits for damages extra guest extra vehicles pets Etc so not to incur any embarrassing moments. From March 1st to March 31st there are contracts and wristbands that are required and an accurate number and information of the guest that will be arriving a contract can be emailed to you so it can be filled out during our Semana Santa and certain times during our summer we do require contracts besides the one that is with the booking agent that you are booking with once again thank you very much from

• Specialty kitchen gadgets Most rentals have only the basics. Plan your menu ahead of time so you know which items from your home kitchen you’ll need.

• All-purpose cleaner Condo rental do not offer a cleaning service so you’ll want to be able to tidy up during your time there.

• First aid kit: Unlike a hotel, there’s no one around to help if you have an injury. Even if the rental has a first aid kit, it’s best to have your own well-stocked one at hand.

• When you’re on vacation, you might not want to wash dishes after every meal; disposables can give you a break. Disposable plates, glasses, and utensils

• Safety gear: there’s a pool or you’re by the ocean, you might want life jackets. If there is bike riding, you’ll need helmets. Pack for your activities at the vacation rental.

• the fridge has an ice maker, you won’t have access to one like you do at a hotel. An extra bag of ice is always a good idea.

• When you travel to South Padre to stay in are condos you will want to spend ample time relaxing under the sun and playing in the waves. There are an extensive range of beach activities that you can enjoy up and down the coast, and these include sand volleyball, swimming, sandcastle building, Frisbee, beach soccer, parasailing and more. There are also excursions for jet skiing, deep sea fishing, paragliding and more. You can truly have an amazing time at the beach when you treat yourself to an exceptional South Padre vacation.

• South Padre is most well-known for its stunning beaches, but it also has a few top-rated attractions that you will want to explore while staying in your Condo, would be Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark is a premier water park that boasts tons of rides, water slides, swimming pools and kiddie areas. This is one of a chain of water parks located throughout the state that residents and visitors alike love to visit. There are also shopping malls, retail centers and boutique surf and beach shops that provide you with the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional shopping experience..

Nightlife

• After a fun-filled day at the beach, you may want to head back to your condo to prepare a meal in your full kitchen, or you may want to head out for a night on the town. Some of the many spots that you can head to include Tequila Sunset, the Coral Reef Lounge, Louie's Backyard, Boomerang Billy's, Laguna BOB and others. Some of these venues have a full dinner menu, a full bar, live music or a DJ and other fun features that can help you to have an amazing evening in South Padre.

Hurricane Evacuation 9/1 to 11/30

Should the Township of South Padre Island issue a Mandatory Evacuation order or Because of Server weather heading to the island or you de side not to come with in the last 7 days the Owner or GM is under no obligation to refund any portion of the Guests rental fee. For that reason, the Owner an Gm strongly encourages the Guest to purchase Travel Insurance

Pet Dogs / Cats

Spacious 2 Bedroom condo that dwarfs other nearby properties in size. We have all the conveniences of home. We are close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Steps away from the free island bus service. Additionally, multiple parties can rent the other 3 bedroom or one of the two two bedrooms giving families that additional privacy while still keeping the families and kids together. Collectively the condos are close to 6,800 square feet and feature huge balconies, semi-private pool offers a relaxing setting you are sure to enjoy.

The host, Bo was great. Very quick responses and easy to work with. The apartment was perfect. Very spacious, with a nice backyard with a very nice pool. Well furnished with a washer/dryer. Solid internet/wi-fi connection. The beach is 2 blocks away - which is the reason why we came! CVS and Stripes is walking distance for any last minute groceries/supplies. Perfect location. Highly recommend this apartment.

South padre during redtide

The property was fine what problems were noticed informed owner and he informed maintenance. The condo was just fine for my family and easily assessed. Bye pool my daughters loved. The red tide was a coughing mess we read up on it and traveled as far north as possible. There at the end of the road was great white sandy beach with waves and no red tide. V. The weather was warm and nice.

Great location. Close to the beach

The condo was wonderful. We had a large family gathering and had 2 of the condos in the same building. It was perfect for getting everyone together and barbecuing by the pool. The beach was very close. We will definitely stay here again.

Home away from home-Amazing

This condo was more than we expected. It was close to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. It also had a nice pool. There was lots of room for us to spread out and all the conveniences we needed. My husband and I even joked the washer and dryer is bigger than the ones we have at home. We will definitely stay here again next time we go to South Padre.
