Spacious property/massive kitchen/dining areas for entertaining & family time

The two beautiful and spacious 3 Bedrooms condos comfortably accommodate 10+ people per unit. Two of the bedrooms are Master suites with private bathrooms and each has a private balcony with views of the pool, Gulf and bay. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The massive kitchen & dining area features updated appliances and opens up to one of two living rooms. The top floor features the second living area balcony and the second master suite. You and your family/friends will have plenty of room to spread out while being close to all SPI has to offer. Your spacious condo provides all the conveniences you could want including a full size washer & dryer, dishwasher, dishes and cooking utinsils, garbage disposal and stainless steel appliances. There are also 2 large balconies adjacent to the 2 living areas on each floor that overlook the front of the building.

We look forward to hearing back on your stay and the relaxed sensation you felt when stepping out on to one of our may scenic balconies to enjoy a breath of a fresh gulf breeze.

9am to 5pm to make sure he recived your booking / Also to check on to see if there's any extra contracts that may need to be filled out that are set for certain times of the season regards to extra deposits for damages extra guest extra vehicles pets Etc so not to incur any embarrassing moments. From March 1st to March 31st there are contracts and wristbands that are required and an accurate number and information of the guest that will be arriving a contract can be emailed to you so it can be filled out during our Semana Santa and certain times during our summer we do require contracts besides the one that is with the booking agent that you are booking with once again thank you very much from

Why You May Need It

In many ways, packing for a condo rental vacation is much like packing for a hotel stay; you’ll need your personal items like clothes and toiletries. In some ways, however, it differs. Because rentals allow you to cook your own meals and don’t have housekeeping staff on the premises in most cases, you will need to bring a few extra things to enjoy your stay.

• Paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, napkins

• Rentals have only a starter supply so odds are good that you’ll run out Basic seasonings

• Rentals may have salt and pepper-but they may not, and a few other basic spices make cooking easier as well.

• Cooking oil Most rentals do have cooking basic. Most people remember to buy coffee but tend to forget coffee filters, and many rentals have a drip coffee maker. Not all rentals have one, and if you enjoy a glass of wine it’s a good idea to pack one Corkscrew, Garbage bags They’re good for more than garbage-you can also use them to carry dirty laundry home or wet things from the beach

• Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, soap an etcetera

• Some rentals offer small amounts of these products, but it’s always best to bring your own Hair Dryer Rentals often don’t have quite enough, especially if you sleep with more than one. You may also find it more comfortable to have your own extra Pillows and Towels for the Beach an Pool

• Matches or a lighter You may want to light candles. Many rentals don’t have matches or a lighter available.

• Phone, camera, and laptop chargers Since most house rental vacations are longer than the average weekend hotel stay, you’ll need to charge all your electronics For the Beach.

• Towels, beach toys/sandcastle bldg items, sunscreen, aloe gel for sunburns, frisbee, beach chairs, beach umbrella, floats/boogie boards/skim boards, goggles

• Specialty kitchen gadgets Most rentals have only the basics. Plan your menu ahead of time so you know which items from your home kitchen you’ll need.

• All-purpose cleaner Condo rental do not offer a cleaning service so you’ll want to be able to tidy up during your time there.

• First aid kit: Unlike a hotel, there’s no one around to help if you have an injury. Even if the rental has a first aid kit, it’s best to have your own well-stocked one at hand.

• When you’re on vacation, you might not want to wash dishes after every meal; disposables can give you a break. Disposable plates, glasses, and utensils

• Safety gear: there’s a pool or you’re by the ocean, you might want life jackets. If there is bike riding, you’ll need helmets. Pack for your activities at the vacation rental.

• the fridge has an ice maker, you won’t have access to one like you do at a hotel. An extra bag of ice is always a good idea.

• When you travel to South Padre to stay in are condos you will want to spend ample time relaxing under the sun and playing in the waves. There are an extensive range of beach activities that you can enjoy up and down the coast, and these include sand volleyball, swimming, sandcastle building, Frisbee, beach soccer, parasailing and more. There are also excursions for jet skiing, deep sea fishing, paragliding and more. You can truly have an amazing time at the beach when you treat yourself to an exceptional South Padre vacation.


• South Padre is most well-known for its stunning beaches, but it also has a few top-rated attractions that you will want to explore while staying in your Condo, would be Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark is a premier water park that boasts tons of rides, water slides, swimming pools and kiddie areas. This is one of a chain of water parks located throughout the state that residents and visitors alike love to visit. There are also shopping malls, retail centers and boutique surf and beach shops that provide you with the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional shopping experience..


• After a fun-filled day at the beach, you may want to head back to your condo to prepare a meal in your full kitchen, or you may want to head out for a night on the town. Some of the many spots that you can head to include Tequila Sunset, the Coral Reef Lounge, Louie's Backyard, Boomerang Billy's, Laguna BOB and others. Some of these venues have a full dinner menu, a full bar, live music or a DJ and other fun features that can help you to have an amazing evening in South Padre.

Hurricane Evacuation 9/1 to 11/30

Should the Township of South Padre Island issue a Mandatory Evacuation order or Because of Server weather heading to the island or you de side not to come with in the last 7 days the Owner or GM is under no obligation to refund any portion of the Guests rental fee. For that reason, the Owner an Gm strongly encourages the Guest to purchase Travel Insurance

Pet Dogs / Cats

Very clean, spacious property that is one of the few 3 bedroom rentals that offer 2 master suites spacious closets and 3 1/2 bathrooms. We have all the appliances and conveniences of home. We are close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Steps away from the free island bus service. Additionally, multiple parties can rent the other 3 bedroom or one of the two two bedrooms giving families that additional privacy while still keeping the families and kids together. Collectively the close to 6,800 square feet plus huge balconies, semi-private pool offers a relaxing setting you are sure to enjoy.

These condos dwarf other area condos in size. You have lots of space to spread out or gather with family and friends. Rental amenities include Free WiFi, Cable, Full kitchen, Full size Washer and Dryer, Swimming pool with close to the beach

I had a great time spending my spring break in south padre even though the weather was bad, we dearly enjoyed our stay at this property. The Condo was amazing, right next to the beach and close to all the good bars in the heart of padre island. Jaime was always there to help us all the time with immediate responses. He was the best host anyone could ask for, amazing person to interact with, he also suggested us some good bars and restaurants to go to which were totally worth it. He did a great job. The Condo was clean, newly renovated, with all brand new furniture and utilities, and walking steps away from the beach. Close to all the spring break action. what more would one want. This was just perfect for us.I would like to give a special reference to Jaime, who did a great job and was there for help 24\7. I would totally recommend your property to my friends and anyone else visiting padre.

Never received my deposit back

There were huge roaches in bungalow #3 as well as multiple things broke throughout the place. The counter in the kitchen was broke and hanging loosely off the wall. The toilet paper roll holders were broke in two bathrooms. The handles were broke off the sliding doors for the showers. All the pots and pans were badly bent to the point of being unusable. The spray nozzle on the kitchen sink was hooked up with the hose rapped around the pipes under the sink so you couldn't use it. The care taker had just recaulked a bathroom before we arrived. It looked like a child did it. Half the light switches on the walls didn't do anything not sure why. Minus the broken counter the kitchen looked nice. The place was big and spacious. The beds were comfortable as well. The placed looked very clean but something must of been going on because of the roaches I saw both up stairs and downstairs and out by the pool. If it wasn't for the roaches and never receiving my deposit back I'd of given this place 4 stars. When I asked about my deposit from the guy I met at check in which is who I paid it to. He said "oh you'll have to contact the owner about it." Your the care taker of this place and a bad one at that with all the little things broken all over the condo. Would it really of been a chore to just find out about my deposit for me rather then telling me that's not your area of responsibility? I would of expected some of these problems if I had gone with the cheapest place to stay in the area. This was not the cheapest by far. Overall our stay was fine but I wouldn't rent here again.

Great location to island activities and beach

Rented the condo #4 and had plenty of sleeping room for 2 families but kitchen and restroom did not have enough of the basic necessities. Kitchen only had 2 pans to cook with, no dish towels, no broom for daily upkeep of sand and high traffic areas, no iron, only 3 towels in the restroom , no wash towels or stored toilet paper only toilet left was the one on the roll dispenser, pool was cloudy.

Will return but will check other condos for better necessities.

Perfect for family gatherings. Close to the beach

We had two units in this building during our stay. It was perfect for getting everyone together. We had plenty of room and it was close to everything. The condo was huge and had everything. We will be back.
