Located in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ within minutes of Old Town, Fashion Square, Giant's Stadium, and Salt River Fields. This recently updated 1750 sqft townhouse comfortably suites vacationers or business travelers alike.
This two story townhouse essentially has two master bedrooms each with attached bathrooms and a third half-bathroom downstairs. Downstairs you will also find an updated kitchen, complete with a wine fridge, dinner room, living room, and laundry room. Also, the patio is a perfect area to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or and outside barbeque dinner.

This two bedroom, 2 BR unit was newly renovated and a very nice place to stay. It is a single story unit. Our stay included two adults and two children; there were two queen-sized beds, one in each bedroom, which worked well for us. There was plenty of closet and storage space for longer visits. The unit was very well outfitted and provisioned, including all the appliances which one would need for a short or longer stay, including secure WiFi and cable TV. There was a small patio with a gas grill for use by the unit. There was designated parking (two spaces) just behind the unit. There is a Safeway Food Store 0.6 miles away so that food and any needed supplies can be easily obtained.
The owner, Julie, was very available and addressed issue/questions promptly. She was one of the most responsive, helpful owners I have seen over our many years of travel. She was also respectful of our privacy.
The unit is part of a condo development, and there are many condo developments in the area. This unit faces a street with daytime traffic, but street noise was not an issue. There is a central swimming pool for use by the condo residents; the December weather made it too cool to swim. The exteriors of all the condo units, which are of standard color, could use a fresh coat of paint/stain. The condos in the area did not seem particularly busy at this time of year. There was no disturbing noise from other units.
While one can walk around in the area and Chapparal Park is a 0.5 mile walk, a car is necessary to really explore the Scottsdale area. That being said the drive time to important museums, stores, airport, etc. is not long. For example, when we left on New Year's morning, it took about 20 minutes to drive to Sky Harbor Airport; the unit is about 0.5 miles to the entrance to Highway 101.
We would strongly recommend seeing the Musical Instrument Museum which was a novel experience in museum going for us. There are, of course, many other attractions to see in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
We enjoyed our stay in this unit. We would certainly recommend it to others.
We loved staying here! This is a spacious and clean condo. Close to a grocery store, restaurants and Fashion Square. Lovely patio area to hang out in. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Scottsdale.
This townhouse is on an older development, but has been beautifully remodeled. Great patio, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The location is close to Old Town Scottsdale, and access to the Scottsdale trail system is a block away at the end of the street. Julie is a great property manager/owner. Very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property.
My husband and I stayed two months in this condo. The condo is great and has lots of space to roam around in. We spent hours on the patio which is very private. The neighborhood was so quiet that we often felt we were in a private home. We were within minutes of most things we needed. Being 3 blocks away from Chaparral Park was an added bonus. The owner was so easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this condo.
This condo is amazing. Great location. Spacious, clean, and every detail was considered. The pool is perfect and refreshing. I would definitely recommend this spot.
This Scottsdale rental is even better in person! It is newly remodeled, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. We loved the great location as we were close to Old Town, Scottsdale Stadium, shopping, restaurants and hiking. Chaparral Park is nearby for a morning walk or jog as well. Julie (property owner) was extremely accommodating and responsive and provided everything for a relaxing stay. We were all very comfortable and pleased with choosing this rental and hope to return!
