This fully furnished quaint two bedroom, two bathroom vacation condo is located on 146th Street and has everything you could ever want out of a vacation! It sleeps 6 people & lovely features include: standard full kitchen equipped with all kitchen appliances, breakfast bar with stools included, central AC, washer and dryer, cable smart flat screen TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo, a small video library, Wi-Fi connection, cozy living room, master bedroom with a full size bed and a lovely master bath, full size bed in the second bedroom, sun- filled rooms and plenty of parking. It's within walking distance of restaurants, bars, bike/moped rentals, mini-golf, the beach, a movie theater, shopping. A short drive to the water park, go-carts, tax-free shopping outlet in Delaware, the boardwalk, bowling, surfing lessons, water sport rentals (i.e. boats, jet skis, etc.) and loads more! This is great for families and responsible professionals alike.

To make a reservation we require a signed lease and a 50% deposit. Our properties are on a first come first serve basis so the week is given to the first party that submits their materials. Our weekly reservations are from Sunday (check in) 3pm to Sunday (check out) 11am

Small but functional

The place was perfect for our situation. The only thing I can criticize is it needed more cooking utensils. The pool was big and never to crowded. Overall I would stay at this place again.

Nice place

This place is a bit dated but well kept. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small but we didn't spend a lot of time hanging out in them. There could be a few more lights in the bedrooms. The living room is nicely furnished and comfortable. We didn't get to the pool as we were down for a LAX tournament but it looked nice. The stairs outside (remember you are on the third floor) are in need of a bit of repair. This place is an easy 4 block walk to Harpoon Hanna's, our dinner Saturday night, and a 3 block walk to the beach as you need to walk up one block to cross Costal Highway. Overall a nice place for the price and for us was convenient to the Northside Park where the games were held.

Perfect for the money

I must admit that after I booked this condo for the weekend of 10/10 I was wondering why I was putting myself through this because I did read the reviews. Then I remembered I was going to Ocean City on a budget and this was the only condo that fit with in my limitations. When I got to the condo I was pleasantly surprised. Sure the place is a little bit cluttered and out of date. Overall it was a great experience, we did not go to Ocean City to hang out in doors but when we did the three of us found it comfortable and most importantly clean. I must admit this place is not spotless, they should really visit and do an overhaul getting rid of some of the clutter and doing a deep cleaning in the cabinets/drawers. There were a few things I thought the unit could be improved upon but overall I just want to say that we had a wonderful time and the unit was everything it should be for the money.

Cute condo

While we did visit during a hurricane, we enjoyed the room!! This is a basic, fully furnished 2bedroom condo. It looks different than pictured, but still had just about everything we needed. The rooms weren't huge, but still nice. The owner was responsive. Just remember to bring towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.

My vacation is ruined.

The rental was dirty and smells bad. We found a used razor in the bathroom and nothing looked as if it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There were boxes stacked in the living room with a note on them to leave them alone. We spent most of our time looking for another place to stay.

The above comment was from the previous renter in July, I am staying here this week of 9-6-15, the boxes are still there, so the owner lied in her response to this renter saying the boxes were removed...ALSO - I wish I had extra cash to find another place because the rugs have grossed me out completely, they are so filthy and just covered in stains throughout the whole unit, this unit is just plain dirty. The cleaning crew needs to be fired .. there is old stuff on the walls in various places and it creeps me out to wonder what it is and the smell is very bad also... I am very sad that I am stuck here this week, my vacation is ruined knowing I have to sleep in this place for my full week.... also this place claimed a fully stocked kitchen. bring your own coffee pot and also oven pans because the 2 that are here are covered in I think past food and or rust... This was another additional cost to me, I rented this place with plans to do my own cooking to save a few dollars, well my family does not want to eat anything from in here, so we will be eating most if not all meals out..

2 more points for the next renter to keep in mind, the owner left a note to turn the water valves on before using the washer, well these are stuck in an on position, and cannot be turned at all, the knobs keep falling off when you put them back on. SO OWNER I'M NOT A PLUMBER AND I'M NOT MESSING WITH YOUR VALVE PROBLEM..

There are 2 bathrooms, both towel rods were loose, the one in the back bedroom fell on the floor when I put a towel on it...

*** The owner left instructions that there was a hardware store on 147th street, I hope she did not expect the renter to make repairs to her place......

On my contract the owner says to make sure that I turn the washer water off and the lights in the fuse box off when I leave, or the cleaning crew will note this a a lease violation - well everything was on when I came here so I will leave it the same way when I go.

There is no water pressure in either shower, so plan for extra time to rinse off..

This is a pet friendly unit, so this owner needs to either remove the carpet or keep it clean, because this is a really big turnoff for this place.
