Located 2 streets back from the beach and an easy 650 meters or 3 minute walk to the patrolled swimming area of Trinity Beach is this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house.
Entertaining the kids will be a breeze. Not only are you a hop skip and a jump from the beach, Serendipity boasts an in ground pool and a tennis court, a basket ball hoop as well as a fully fenced yard. With veranda's stretching around the house creating a cool relaxed atmosphere, you can sit back and enjoy the sea breezes. There is free WIFI for you to use during your stay and both the house and the "granny flat are fully air conditioned. The house is fully self contained with everything you will need to make your holiday stress free.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with an additional 4th bedroom and bathroom in the separate self contained "granny flat".

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THROUGH
1.This property is leased to you and your guests for Holiday letting only for the stay period stated on your receipt. The number of guests is not to exceed the agreed amount stated on our records and your receipt.
2.Our Ray White office must be notified if guest numbers change and approval must be given for additional guest requests. In case of an emergency it is VITAL for us to know how many people are staying at the premises.
3.The premises are to be vacated by 10am on the agreed day of departure with keys returned to our Ray White Cairns Beaches office or our lock box if office is unattended. Arrangements for a later departure time must be made PRIOR to departure date.
4.Our Holiday Let properties are not serviced. A mid stay clean, including linen changes can be arranged at your expense. Basic cleaning items are provided as well as a full laundry for your use during your stay.
5.Breakages and losses to the property are to be reported to the office and paid for immediately.
6.Please report any maintenance issues to the office and we will deal with the issue promptly. No responsibility will be accepted by Ray White for the unavailability of trades people or failure of appliances on the premises. A suitable replacement item will be sourced and replaced as soon as possible.
7.Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangements with Ray White have been made.
8.For security purposes please ALWAYS lock the Holiday Premises when leaving. Ray White takes no responsibly for the theft or loss of personal property left on the premises.
9.Swimming pools are serviced by pool technicians regularly and are there for your enjoyment. Please do not take glass of any kind into the vicinity of the swimming pool area and also please avoid sitting on inside furniture with wet bathers on. Please contact us if the pool looks like it needs attention.
10.Ashtrays are provided for smoking outdoors. We ask you to please use them. NO SMOKING under any circumstances inside the Holiday property.
11.Rubbish bins; -For recyclables please use the yellow lidded rubbish bin and the green rubbish bin for all else. Rubbish collection day is early Tuesday morning, if your bin is full please place it on the curb side to be emptied Monday evening. Due to our warm climate in Cairns we recommend to freeze all seafood scraps and discard in bin on collection day.
Air conditioners:- Ergon Energy recommend air conditioners should be set at 25 degrees please turn these off every time you leave the property.
Fridges and Freezers: - Please DO NOT touch settings
Televisions: - Please DO NOT retune the TV. At times reception in the Cairns area is poor and it is through no malfunction of the TV equipment on the premises.
1.On departure, please ensure the property is left tidy, dishes washed and rubbish placed in bins.
2.All wet linen to be left in bathrooms, not on bedroom floors or on bedroom furniture.
(Excess cleaning will incur a fee)
3.Please ensure all air conditioners and electrical appliances are turned off
-------.--- you leave please close & lock all windows and doors and return keys to our Trinity Beach Ray White Office or lock box if office is unattended.
5.Please report any breakages or maintenance issues that have not yet been reported.
Ray White Cairns Beaches reserves the right to request immediate departure and vacation of the premises should local council or Strata Title By-Laws be excessively breached. This includes excessive noise complaints and or conduct that are a nuisance to adjoining or neighbouring properties & occupiers.
With Internet bookings and telephone bookings, the description of the premises by the agent was made in good faith and no responsibility can be accepted by Ray White Cairns Beaches if the premises are not satisfactory.
Good location and pool was great asset.the BBQ was large and great for grilling.private and quiet would stay again
