Energy and eccentricity make Venice Beach one of the most sought-after seaside towns in all of California. Now you can enjoy the sights and sounds of this unique area from the luxurious surroundings of Venice Beach Retreat. This spectacular three-bedroom villa presents a modern take on classic beach house design, and puts you mere steps from the iconic Venice boardwalk.
Start your mornings in the lush back garden, where you can sip a coffee and listen to the sound of a city coming alive. As the sun heats up, head down to the beach or make your way to the roof-top terrace. There youll find walled-privacy, while cleverly inserted picture windows reveal an ocean view. A tranquil inner-courtyard houses a barbecue and al fresco dining table among fragrant flowers and plants. Youll also find a charming bench swing facing a brick fireplace. Back on the roof, a Tuscan wood oven allows you to prepare memorable feasts for you and your guests to savor beneath the stars.
Sliding glass doors and endless windows allow light and air to flow freely through your villa. Rooms are spacious, yet intimate, and colorful furniture make you feel cozy and welcome. Look carefully and youll see state-of-the-art technology at every turn, while clever design keeps the modern touches from spoiling the natural ambiance. Channel your inner-chef on high-end appliances in the gourmet kitchen or enjoy simple snacks at the breakfast bar. Youll find multiple living rooms where you can settle in with a book or movie, and in the basement, a games room provides hours of fun.
The three bedrooms are individually decorated with a modern-minimalist theme. Each room features its own beautifully-appointed en-suite bathroom with premium fittings and fixtures. The Master bedrooms contains a King size bed, while the second and third rooms are Queen suites. Each bed is adorned with soft linens and superior mattresses.
Venice Beach is a one-of-a-kind neighborhood, even by Los Angeles standards, where you can spend days watching all the local characters on display. Youre also near upscale shopping and dining on Abbot Kinney, Main and Rose streets. The main highways are nearby giving you quick access to downtown, Rodeo Drive, Sunset Strip, Disneyland and all the glamour and glitz of L.A.

Such an amazing home and our concierge was incredible. Extremely helpful and really wanting to ensure that our stay was all that it could be. . . it didn't feel like just a person who was obligated to check-in on us but who really wanted to make sure we were having a great time.
Would book this house in a second. The architecture, design, layout, etc. . . of the home is extremely unique and the space is huge. The images made it look like a normal size home but once we did the full tour it was about twice as big as I had previously thought.
What a treat it was to stay at such a lovely home in Venice Beach. The fact that every day was sunny and warm didn't hurt either. Each morning we jogged along the beachfront before strolling to some amazing breakfast place. The afternoons were spent at museums and galleries, followed by dinner either through the chef arranged by our concierge Sean, or at a superb restaurant (also arranged by Sean).
This was, hands down, one of the most relaxing, enjoyable vacations our family of 5 has had a quite a while.
