Close to Downtown & University of Minnesota. Close to Southwest and South Suburbs, a little farther to St. Paul. Mall of America 20 minutes.
Close to all the cultural and recreational activities Minneapolis offers. Location is across the street from both EXPRESS and LOCAL bus line to Downtown, Chain of Lakes District, Uptown District, Arts District.
It is possible to attend a conference or trade show at the Convention Center more easily here than staying at some downtown hotels.
You can also take the bus downtown and transfer to light rail to the Airport and Mall of America.
Excellent location for visiting Professionals, Families who want to be near Mall of America and other Attractions.
Convenient to four Metro Hospitals-- Methodist, North Memorial, Abbott Northwestern, Fairview Southdale.

Scott & Jenna are travelers. Although the wanderlust has lessened somewhat lately, we very much enjoy helping others make the most of their visits to Minneapolis, St. Paul and Minnesota.
We like contrasts, Jenna loves food that wakes up your taste buds and Scott thinks cream of mushroom soup is a little spicy!
We especially enjoy the cultural scene in the Twin Cities area. More people per capita attend plays here than Manhattan! The music scene is always lively.
Jenna has worked as a property manager for other firms in the past, including taking care of the innards of skyscrapers... our properties are tame by comparison! Scott has been in the technology industry for a couple of decades, he is always happy to talk tech.
If you want to learn more about the area, we are happy to help. But we will never be intrusive.

We purchased this building because of its' incredibly convenient location. You can get anywhere fast, on highways or using public transportation. And lakes and parks are very close. It is in the middle of all the shopping in the Twin Cities, too! :-)
Our location is incredibly convenient which helps you make your stay more pleasant. We are just a few blocks from a coffee shops. We also have two convenience stores, 24 hour fitness, stylist, pizza carry out, etc. More than one of our guests has walked or biked the trail that starts a few blocks away to Lake Calhoun, rented a kayak or canoe, and walked back. No matter how you want to get around, our location offers convenience.

This was a last minute booking as there was a problem with original booking made in January and cancelled two weeks prior to trip. Upon arrival curb appeal was not good; grass needed mowing and patios weeding. As we typically do with rental cars we did here (take pictures). Carpet dirty, TV didn't work well, one sleep number bed deflated and dirty dishes in cupboard. Space is over priced; could need some TLC! Loved the area it was close to great stores etc.
Scott and Jenna did an amazing job accommodating me for a last-minute stay. I am fragrance-sensitive, and they made sure the linens were washed in a fragrance-free detergent as well as opened windows in the house for me before my arrival. I also arrived late evening, and Scott kindly was waiting for me with his vehicle hazard lights turned on. It made finding the house a breeze!
The bed was very comfortable (a Sleep Number bed), and it was much quieter in the house than I expected given that its in a neighborhood with lots going on nearby - I slept great!
I was so thankful for these two hosts, and so appreciative that they went out of their way for me. I would definitely recommend them and their properties to friends.
I got to rent out this townhome for my last birthday. Had a few close friends over for the 2 nights that I rented! We had a great time! The beds were super comfy! There was gas stations & lots of other stores near by. Spent some time at the bar Bunny's down the road! Great food & drinks, & walking distance! Both S&J were WONDERFUL people to rent from! I had an awesome experience renting their beautiful house for the weekend, they were very kind & warming to letting me stay also! Great people! Great time! Great birthday all around! I would love to return, maybe for my next years birthday :)

I recently had the pleasure to stay in this freshly remodeled bungalow. The entire unit has been freshly painted from top to bottom and is comfortably furnished with sleeping for 9 or more! The location has easy access to Highway 100 and numerous
restaurants and shopping less than 5 minutes away. I was pleased by how quiet the stay was, and the in unit laundry was a real plus. I look forward to staying at this location again, it would be a great place for a girls weekend sewing or scrapping, or for a week of touring and shopping with family or friends. Thanks for a great stay, I will definitely visit again.
The Twin Cities offers a tremendous number of attractions and activities. This space is located five miles from downtown Minneapolis, in the center of the action of the metro area.
