The condo has recently been remodeled with Italian tile flooring, non-toxic Mythic paint job, new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, track-lighting, electric range, dishwasher, and heating/air-conditioning. The bathroom is especially nice and features Italian tile and Pompeii red wall. The bathtub and shower are shiny clean, completely redone and absolutely beautiful. New comfortable queen-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa with Sealy Posturepedic mattress. Brand new Washer/Dryer for your convenience.

This is a very comfortable condominium in the best location of downtown Austin, with everything being done to give guests a pleasant stay. Covered, Private Parking Space In Gated Parking Lot Right Next To Condo.

You can walk to everything and you can take the Airport Flyer from Austin Bergstrom International Airport for $1 per person. It picks up and drops off in front of the building every 30 minutes and makes it convenient and inexpensive to stay here without a car.

Why John chose Waller Creek District

I sold my house in Buda and bought a condo in downtown Austin in 2002. The main reason I bought this was the location and the ability to walk to work, to restaurants, Whole Foods, and all of Austin's fantastic cultural activities. I thought the condo was beautiful, easy to maintain, and I loved being right in the middle of downtown Austin. There is something going on -- some festival, art or music, or films being premiered-- all the time.

We had a great experience here! The location is great for 6th Street and Rainey Street. SoCo was only about $6 using Über but can be walked to if you don't mind a work out. There's plenty of places to eat and drink at in the area. The condo was spotless and modern! It was stocked with any household item you would need and the fridge even had bottles of water. John and Jenny were a pleasure to deal with and were so easy to get in touch with. This condo was the perfect place to stay for two people!

Loved this place

I was in Austin for a conference. Hotel rooms were $269. I found this gem for $129. It is a perfect getaway. The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants. I will definitely stay again.

Comfortable, cool condo close to everything!

This was our first time in Austin and couldn't have picked a more convenient location. We walked to everything and felt safe. The condo was decorated so cute and was supplied with everything you need. The chips, salsa, trail mix and plenty of bottled water was a very nice touch. It could get a bit noisy at night but quieted down early enough.

Great Condo and wonderful location

My wife and I were visiting Austin for the first time. The whole rental of the condo was an awesome experience. The communication before we arrived and during the stay was excellent. The condo was perfect for our visit. The personal touches of having water in the fridge along with chips and salsa made it more special. This place is decorated very tastefully and reflects well upon the city of Austin. It was nice doing a couple of loads of laundry in the condo. We literally parked our car and walked during the entire visit. The location is very central so it made very convenient.

We will definitely return to Austin in the future and stay in this condo. We appreciate the property owner/managers unique and special touches.

Amazing Location, GREAT STAY!

Surpassed my expectations!!

Had an excellent experience both prior and during my stay in the condo! Very quick and helpful communication, and extremely accommodating with my change of original plans. With the positive reviews I was confident that I would be happy here while in town for convention, but the location and condo surpassed my expectations! Location was perfect---took the Downtown flyer bus from the airport and stop is just steps away from the condo! So close to the convention center and easy walk to Royal Blue Grocery for food and beverages to have on hand. Just a couple of blocks from the 6th St. entertainment, restaurants, etc. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, attractively decorated/furnished and cozy. Appreciated the security of a gated community.Felt like a home away from home! Everything from the chips & salsa, wifi, water, and soaps were much appreciated. I highly recommend this property and will definitely want to stay again on a future trip to Austin. Thank you very much!!

Great! Can't get any closer to the Austin Convention Center!

Property was wonderful. Really appreciated the conveniences of home while traveling. Cute and cozy, and well stocked with chips, salsa and bottled water for an extra welcoming feel.
