The Space

Beautiful designer decor combines with perfect location in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Guests have complete and private access to the home, as well as the complex swimming pool, hot tub and kids play area.

Hosts are not on site, but are on-call for any needs.

Lovely modern townhome community. No car needed to reach shops, grocery, restaurants, and train station. Complex includes hot tub, swimming pool and lovely park areas.

Caltrain is less than 200 meters (yards) from the front door. (With very little train noise.) Approximately 3-minutes from door to train. Ride to downtown Palo Alto or Mountain View in under 5 minutes. Or, take the train north to San Francisco or south to San Jose and the SAP Center. Easy access to bus and light rail, as well. For travelers with a car, the home is conveniently located between highways 101 and 280.

50 mbps internet with wifi.

* Renter must be age 25 or older and an adult, age 25 or older, must be at the property between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. whenever the property is occupied.
