The kitchen area has full-size appliances, and has a bar with four stools. The dining area hols a six-seat dining room table. The washer/dryer are located upstairs in the hallway closet.
The condo's private balcony overlooks the bay. The main living room area picture windows and doors leading to a private  deck, as well as to a sandy area. From the deck, visitors can see the large pier extending out to the bay.
