We specialize in beautiful, luxury or budget friendly vacation rentals and can help you find the perfect home. We are familiar and live in the area and will make the process as easy as possible. As part of our Island Collection, 'Paradise Found' has five bedrooms, and five and a half baths, private pool, elevator and easy beach access. 'Paradise Found' offers a nice, quiet and cozy environment for smaller groups. The home is ideally situated on Ocean Blvd directly across the street from the beach and a short walk from "Front Beach", Isle of Palms downtown area, where guests can enjoy restaurants, shops and seasonal activities.

Guests can enter 'Paradise Found' via private elevator for easy access onto the first living floor that offers a warm, island style decorated living space. Families and groups will love having the open floor plan living, kitchen and dining space where they can share in meals and entertainment. Two bedrooms are located on this floor--one with a queen bed the other with a king bed and each with their own private bath with tub/shower combinations. Also, on this floor is the half bath and laundry room and back porch with grill that allows access to your own private in-ground pool (heatable for a fee). Guests can enjoy quiet evenings on the front screened in porch while they watch sunsets and sunrises over the Atlantic ocean.

The second floor of 'Paradise Found' provides the remainder of the sleeping quarters for this home. The large master bedroom houses a queen bed and has a large private bath with separate walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. Across the hall from the master suite sits another queen room, also with its own private bath with a tub/shower combination. Both the master suite and the second queen room on this floor have private access to the large porch overlooking the Atlantic ocean. The last bedroom in this cozy home features two bunk beds, both with single beds over doubles--this room also has its own bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

We really enjoyed staying at 811 Ocean Blvd. It was a beautiful, spacious house that really met our needs and expectation. The ocean view was nice; beach access was short; screen porch was nice; and the pool was a good size and fun to enjoy after a day at the beach. We also had plenty of room for parking and storing our beach things on the ground level. Overall our group enjoyed the home and location and would look to rent this home again in the future. Exclusive Properties was great to work with from the planning stage through departure. So, great job to everyone at EP and our compliments to the Norris family on their beautiful home.

Great house for a family or group vaca

Needs some work.

Our family enjoyed being so close to the beach access but felt there were several areas of the house that need attention and updating. Pros: Great floor plan and screened-in front porch with swing was a perfect play space for young children. Cons: Leaks from refrigerator, under sink, and around fireplace came through ceiling during heavy rain. Air-conditioning vent over bed in upstairs bedroom blew freezing air directly on bed but if adjusted made other bedrooms too hot. Dust skirt in that bedroom had enormous split in the seam, something which could easily have been fixed before rental. Kitchen is overdue for an update and the appliances need replacing and updating. The ancient electric cooktop with minimal fan and thin old cookware made cooking a challenge. With a modern update this could be a great rental property which we would return to.l

We were able to fix to the sink (just needed a new o-ring) and fireplace leak while you were in the home. The fridge did not have an issue, but we believe it was ice stuck in the door. Well kept place. Very convenient and spacious. Loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! When we checked in, there was a dead bird on our porch table, but they were very quick to come clean it up before our guests all arrived. The house was spotless and gorgeous. We loved it. The pool filter seemed to have stopped working the day before we left and they were unable to have someone fix it before we checked out, but we spent the day at the beach anyway so it worked out. Our guests complimented how spacious it was and it was a beautiful home!!! Thank you so much!

Great location, beautiful house

Ocean views from nearly every room, beach access across the street, short walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants in downtown IOP, and tons of room in the house for a big gathering of family or friends. Very clean and well maintained.
