*NB: I have indicated that the apartment can accommodate 2 people, but it can accommodate another child/teen from 8-16 years old: it has a bed in the master room but any other guests would have to sleep on the (very comfy) couch in the living room which can't be blacked out, or on an air mattress which could be put in the bedroom. This apartment is ideally suited for 2, but can accommodate 3. I am not very eager to go beyond.
- Yoga Studio
- Lounge Area
- Outdoor landscaped Terrace
- Golf simulator
The building is within walking distance to Broadway, Times Square, Rockefeller Center and world-class restaurants, groceries and cafes. For a central location seconds away from numerous commuter and public transit, This building is perfect. About Scott Borens
European mix - but mainly Swiss - living in NYC since a little while. I live according to two moto/clichés: 'carpe diem' & 'remorses are better than regrets'. Traveling is a passion of mine. I can't think of anything better than discovering new cultures, and seeing new places. Wether here or there, I like checking out new spots and see what a city has to offer, socially, culturally, emotionally and in many other ways. I studied hospitality management, and still work in the industry: for this reason, I believe that I am aware of what someone is looking for when staying somewhere: more than just a bed, an experience. I tend to ask my guests to chat over the phone and/or to see their social media prior to accepting a request, mostly to ensure they are real and that we connect. In need to stay active both physically and mentally. I enjoy history. I like going out (restaurants especially) but enjoy staying in too.

Perfect location, Beautiful Apartment
Less then a block from time square, right in the heart of everything. Very modern, host is very responsive and accommodating. All for the same price as a mediocre hotel. Great find.
A Place Not to Miss
This apartment is wonderful NYC get-away location, in the heart of Manhattan. The apartment is modern, sleek, and beautiful, and your host (Scott) is very helpful and solicitous -- wanting to be sure that you have an enjoyable stay. If you want to be in the thick of things, the location couldn't better -- in theart of the theatre district and on Restaurant Row, and a 20 minute (or less) walk to FIfth and Madison Aves, the Lincoln Center, Time/Life, and Chelsea. Many subway lines are 5 minutes or less away. This place is a gem.
Wonderful apartment and perfect location for the theater.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in town to see several Broadway shows and each of the theaters was within a few blocks and an easy walk from the apartment. Scott couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable centrally located place to stay in NYC.
New York apartment - AWESOME!
The apartment had lots of room for two people! The apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms (one full and one half). The view was great and having a door person was great every time we entered or left the building. We felt very safe and cozy in the apartment! It was in walking distance of Times Square and Rockefeller Center (we saw the Rockettes - awesome)! The two of us spent most of our days walking and there were places to eat and shop everywhere! We bought a bus tour ticket that allowed us to see the city and get off and back on. Macy's was unbelieveable with 9 floors of shopping! I will consider this place again on my next trip to New York! Owner was so nice and provided us with a lot of information we needed to have a wonderful trip and checked on us during our trip (via email). I now have wonderful memories and pictures to share with my family!
Total gem in the thick of everything!!!
What a fantastic find. This place is drop dead beautiful. Right in the middle of all of the action of midtown. I could get anywhere in just a few minutes. All of the great restaurants in Hells Kitchen and it's especially great if you plan on seeing some shows. Just a few blocks away.
Scott is a wonderful host. He made sure the place was in tip top conditions. There was plenty of instructions on how to use the apartment. Which by the way, is brand new. It's so nice to have something so clean and fresh when so much of NYC is more historic. And if you are a shower person like me, you will love the bathroom!
The front desk was great. Very friendly.
Thank you for this review: I am very glad you enjoyed your stay in your NYC Home, and hope to be welcoming you again soon.
Superb location, security, home like amenities, Ti
We rented this property for a week to celebrate my daughters 40th birthday in NYC. Arrived by Amtrak train into the city and then a short cab ride to property. We were greeted by the doorman into a secure off street area and my 6 y/o granddaughter loved the fire and water features in the lobby.
The condo was well decorated and spacious. It was nice to have a second bathroom and fully equipped kitchen to eat breakfast or order in. The bedroom had a comfortable mattress and black out curtains which allowed for an afternoon nap or sleeping in.
It rained one day and we stayed at the property and enjoyed THE ZONE. It is a private area at the propert where we played pool, fooshball, video games, had a massage, sauna, relaxed reading in the mediation room and got to workout in the gym every morning.
Our host was most helpful giving us information to book events prior to our arrival. We enjoyed Carnegie Hall, A Back Stage Tour of Radio City Music Hall, the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular, the American Girl personal shopper experience and Tea Party, The Lion King, ToysRus, 911 Memorial & Museum, ONE World Observatory for a sunset dinner & One World Trade Center, Rockefella Center, Central Park, dinner in the financial district.
This property is centrally located, in theater district, one block off Times Square, close to multiple subway stations, with eating and shopping across the street. We felt very safe and made memories that will last a lifetime. I would strongly encourage you to consider this property when traveling to NYC
Thank you very much for this lovely review Jill. I am delighted that my home was able to contribute to the memories that this meaningful trip had for you. It was a pleasure being in touch with you, and I hope to be able to welcome you in the future.
