Beautiful place...very spacious...2 baths always a plus! Had a parking issue as we arrived to someone in our spot...I called the number given to us for problems...it was addressed promptly! Nice fresh beds...lots of towels! We were very pleased!! Only 1 small issue..no laundry in condo or building..but we made due! FANTASTIC VACATION CONDO! We will be back
My husband and I booked this condo for the week following our wedding. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was fantastic! We were on the second floor, had a balcony overlooking the pool and the gulf. We were very impressed and would absolutely book this condo again in the future!!
This condo has great potential. It is my understanding it will be renovated this summer. It's a huge space and would be great for a large family. Unfortunately there is only one parking space and alternate parking is a long way away.
There is a view of the beach, but the building blocks your left side. Great view of the pool, which claims to be heated, but did not seem to be. Pool/beach toys and chairs need to be updated and added to.
This unit needs some repairs and updating. Add a pull out couch in the living room. Better televisions. It's clean and spacious. Counter stools do not fit the counter. Table needs to seat more. Great potential here for the price.
We did not want crazy - we wanted a place to relax and enjoy our time together. This was perfect.....condo right on beach - could see and hear ocean from patio! With our floppy hats, cold drinks and books we walked down the steps and right onto the beach. Three beach chairs were provided along with beach towels. We walked across the street a couple of times to eat at Screwie Lewie's. Another night we walked to a cute little ice cream place, then walked back back to the condo right on the beach...enjoying the treat along with the sunset. We took a short drive to John's pass for shopping and dinner on the boardwalk at The Hut Bar and Grill. Grocery store was close by so we made a couple of dinners in the condo. We had a fun dinner with our toes in the sand at Bongo's Beach Bar and Grille. Wanted to try many other places too! Saturday morning their was a market in St. Petersburg - we hit that and then visited the Chihuly Art Exhibition. We had a fabulous time and spent quality time with our daughters before they are off to college. Would love to stay in the same place again!!
Couldn't have chosen a better place, great views, all the immenities. If there was a problem management came super quick to fix it. Only downsides was shower heads didn't push the water out well and the bathroom in the back room was slow to fill the toilet tank.
I would book this location again and again.
We had a great time. The room was very clean. Almost all expectations were met. The only down side was I had to park my second car down the street for the unit only had one parking spot and there are no visitors parking spots. The beach was great.
