Breath taking views of the bay and midtown OC are to be had. Spacious Unit has 3 bed 3 full baths with sleep sofa to sleep up to 10 comfortably. This is a flexible unit with room for your friends and family. Living Room features HD TV, Wifi, HD Comcast Channels, HD cable in all 3 bedrooms, queen sleep sofa in Great Room. Sliding Glass Doors provide access to the balcony with views of the ocean and bay. Ocean City Bay Front Condo with direct location on wildlife preserve. Fantastic View of Ocean City bay, Sunsets. One short block to beach. Join the millions that flock to Ocean City Maryland each summer, for fun in the sun on the beach. Lots to do and see from boating, swimming, surfing, fishing, miniature golf, shopping in Ocean City outlets or Delaware outlets (no sales tax), golf, lots of great eating in restaurants from Seafood to great Steaks! This condo is only 8 years old but this is first year renting it. Looks brand new! This location is quiet off the highway with large balcony with views of ocean and bay! Ecellent midtown location close to amusement park, restaurants and more. Famous boardwalk is a short car or bus ride away. Jolly Roger Amusement park has rides, go-cart tracks and a very nice water park for a nice change from the beach. Great location on quiet marsh designated wildlife preservation area. Quiet and beautiful views from the balcony or roof top sun deck and pool area. Mid-town location means no high rise buildings so the beach is not crowded. Great cross breeze on the balcony keeps it cool all day long.

Loved the location, distance to beach and rooftop pool.

Perfect size for our family. Plenty of room for everyone. Felt kitchen could have been stocked with more items such as a mixer and a few more pots and pans. Oven needs cleaned badly. Unit was pretty dusty. Tvs, Vcrs and fake tree in Master bedroom. Had problem with fridge when we arrived Sunday not getting cool but, owner replaced it on Wednesday with a new one. We would definitely stay here again or look at other units at Coral Seas. Another O C vacation is in the books.

Owner's Response: We do apologize for the dust in the unit and refrigerator not working properly. No one on vacation wants to have problems in your condo. Mechanical items will fail, and while seldom, what is important is that we respond to the issue as quickly as possible. In this case, when Sheila called about the cleaning and the refrigerator we offered to have the cleaners come back and address the dust in the unit as well as the oven. She said that was not necessary. We contacted the cleaners with this complaint and they did address it after her stay. We contacted the owner about the refrigerator and he immediately ordered a new one, as the one in the unit was 12 years old. Unfortunately the major hardware chain store could not deliver until Wednesday. The guest was able to use the refrigerator across the hall in the workout room, so no food was spoiled. As to the stocking of the kitchen, we will do an inventory to make sure the kitchen has the required set of pots and pans. We will make sure nothing is missing and suggest that a mixer be added to the condo by the owner. We do appreciate every guest that stays in one of our condos and do all in our ability to have each stay a very positive experience.

Our weekend stay here couldn't have been better! The description was true to the condo and super clean. The location was perfect distance to all restaurants, shops and attractions. Booking the spot was completely professional and super easy. Would love to stay here again!

Great place for a family!

The balcony was spacious and had two separate entrances. The kitchen was clean and spacious as well. Great family spot and unlimited parking spaces!!!

This condo was absolutely amazing! There was a group of 10 of us who stayed here super comfortably. The pictures are exactly what you see in person. Beautiful condo, with each bedroom having their own bathroom. I wish we could go back!! Can't wait to rent for next years trip
