We remember that the property is an apartment for rent per season, unlike the hotel proposal, which features room service and other perks, but presenting more advantageous cost than a hotel and gain privacy.

1. Property Features: The duplex apartment of 90m², is furnished, including basic utensils; has three (3) bedrooms, one (1) suite; Three (3) bathrooms, living room and dining room, balcony, kitchen and two parking spaces.

2. Furniture: There are three (3) air conditioners, one (1) refrigerator, one (1) stove, one (1) microwave, one (1) washing machine, two (2) TVs, five (5 ) beds, and one (1) bedroom, six (6) pillows, five (5) sheets, six (6) pillowcases, one (1) table with eight (8) chairs, one (1) sofa, two (2 ) chairs, one (1) iron, four (4) pots, one (1) cutlery set, six (6) dishes, six (6) glasses, one (1) bottle opener, one (1) coffee percolator, one (1) thermos, two (2) cups, six (6) mugs.

3. Common space: In the building, there is a pool and gym.

4. Location: The apartment is beachfront, located at Av. Dr. Antonio Gouveia, neighborhood Pajuçara. On average surroundings, are the Lopana (400m), the Kanoa (300m), restaurants Emperor of Cameroon (40m), Swedish (1m), Ottimo (15m), Nira (10m), Subway. There supermarket and pharmacy behind.

5. Conditions for reservation: The reserve amount should be deposited with a maximum of five (5) days in advance, to ensure the desired period. Along with the price of the reservation, requires the value of 70% (seventy percent) of the total amount of the stay on the collateral which, after completion of the exit survey and being everything in the present state, is returned. After hiring, possible cancellation NOT ALLOW THE AMOUNT PAID RETURN.

6. Survey: On the day of check-in, it is a survey, with the main purpose of demonstrating the conservation status of the apartment and property that the garrison. On the day of check-out, it is a new inspection to ascertain the return of the apartment in perfect condition, otherwise it will not be refunded the amount of the security.

7. Hours: Check-in is from 12h. Check-out is at 12pm. Possible exit after the set time involves the payment of new or half day, depending on the situation.

8. Key pick up: Upon check-in, will be delivered the property keys and rental agreement. At that time, all the people who remain in the apartment must sign at the gate of the building, a document whose purpose is to identify and allowed free access to the building.

9. Number of persons: The apartment has a capacity of six (6) people. Any excess of this limit should be clearly informed at the time of hiring, under penalty of dissolution of the agreement.

10. Value: for booking, the daily rate should be consulted

11. The stay in the apartment after the end of the contracted period subject to payment of a fine equivalent to the total value of the contracted daily, allowing the use of appropriate legal means necessary to regularize the situation.
