The elevated life is yours in this elegant town home that sleeps 8 people. Enter into a welcoming, red-tiled foyer on the ground level. Here, you’ll find a laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer, and a door into the Studio bedroom. The Studio has a King bed, its own bathroom (with full tub/shower), plus a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, TV and DVD player, and a separate, private entry door.
Climb the stairs to the main living area on the second floor. The light-filled Great Room has a sleek, modern-style love seat and the matching sofa/sleeper provides sleeping space for two. Full entertainment options are yours with the flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. A strong ladder with built-in handrails provides access to the loft bedroom, furnished with two Twin beds -- a great sleeping space for older children, teenagers, and athletic singles. The half-wall of the loft bedroom allows views into the living room below.
The Master bedroom affords sunset views from southwest-facing windows, a King bed, 4-drawer dresser, extra-wide closet, plus a flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. The finishing touch of this bedroom is your own tiny “viewing” patio. Here, you can catch a breath of fresh air and take in the full vista surrounding the Portal area of the Colorado River, across the valley.
The shared bathroom has a door into the hall, as well as a door into the Master bedroom. Getting ready for the day is a breeze with the dual sink vanity, lots of counter space, two large mirrors, and the large, red-tiled walk-in shower.
The heart of the Great Room is the cozy kitchen, with its red tiled floor and counter tops that replicate the feel of red rock country. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, and all appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen island has a single bowl sink and an integral snack bar with a beautiful polished red sandstone top. Two stools provide snack-bar seating.
The dining alcove provides table seating for 6, and windows that face the east wall of the valley. A corner door opens to a private covered patio equipped with an electric BBQ grill and lounge chairs. The outdoor gas-log fireplace, perfect for warming up the space on cool nights. From the patio, you’ll have an expansive view of the north lawn and lovely silhouette views of the tops of the east wall of Moab Valley.
Completing this luxury accommodation is a covered carport with space to park two vehicles. Parking for big rigs is available at a separate location on the resort.
Moab Springs Ranch features some of the best amenities and common grounds in the Moab area. Over 12 acres of beautiful, well maintained open space. This includes a private, gated meadow featuring a private spring that flows through several wading ponds, ending up in a large natural pond at the base of the meadow. Guests will also have access to a 41 x 16 foot heated swimming pool, private hot tub area, a basketball court, and the large north lawn area.
