The elevated life is yours in this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhome that sleeps 4 and provides great views. The ground level has an exercise room with a Nordic Track machine – perfect for your morning workout, plus a convenient half-bathroom, and laundry facilities. Tiled stairs lead to the Great Room and bedrooms on the second floor, where large color photos of the surrounding redrock country adorn the walls and provide a visual contrast to the modern-style furniture.
The Great Room has lots of light from northeast and east-facing windows. A flat screen TV and DVD player provide entertainment options as you relax on the chic, red leather sofa. A strong ladder with built-in handrails leads up to the loft bedroom, where there are 2 twin beds. The loft bedroom has a half wall for privacy.
The heart of the Great Room is the cozy kitchen, with its red tile floor and countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, and all appliances, including dishwasher, built-in microwave and gas range. The kitchen snack bar has a beautiful polished, red sandstone-like top. Three chair-back stools provide snack bar seating.
In the nearby dining nook, a counter-height table provides seating for 4 people. The dining windows face the east wall of the valley. Looking up, you’ll see red rocks silhouetted against blue sky. A corner door opens from the dining area into a covered patio equipped with a natural gas BBQ grill and picnic table. A compact, gas-log fireplace on the patio provides a touch of luxury and is perfect for warming up the space on cool nights.
The Master bedroom has a King bed and windows that face southwest, across the valley. Here you’ll see the magnificent rock walls of the Portal area, where the Colorado River re-enters its canyon after flowing across the Moab Valley. A door opens onto a tiny patio facing southwest, the perfect place to catch a breath of fresh air while surveying the view. A large flat screen TV, DVD player, clothes closet, and shelving space complete the master bedroom. The shared bathroom is accessible from the hall and also has a second door into the Master bedroom. There’s plenty of counter space around the dual sink vanity and a full tub/shower.
Completing this luxury townhome is a covered carport with space to park two vehicles.

The condo itself was nice, however the king bed in the master bedroom was horrible. The mattress was so hard that it was really hard to sleep on. The 3 pillows they give you on the king bed are tiny. They should invest $60 and go buy 4 king pillows to fit the king bed instead of just having 3 standard size pillows to fit a king bed. The air was not turned on when we arrived, however they did leave the lights on for us. It would be nice, especially during the summer that they turned the air on for the guests arriving that way the unit isn't 77 degrees when they arrive and then have to wait for the unit to cool down. The loft area had 2 trundle beds for our kids which worked out great, but under the one bed there should have been 3 drawers and one was completely missing. The only other problem we had was that the tub was really slow to drain. We called the management company on Saturday morning after we showered and discovered the slow drain and we gave permission for someone to come in and fix it while we were gone. On Sunday morning we discovered that the shower drain had not been fixed and it was still slow draining. It would have been nice if the problem would have been fixed on Saturday when it was reported so we didn't have to shower in 2 inches of standing water as it filled up. I do think that considering the pillows are very poor especially for a king bed, the mattress being so uncomfortable, the thermostat not being set to a low temperature so it was 77 degrees in the unit when we arrived however the lights were on, the furniture missing a drawer, and the tub draining problem, the unit is over priced. I really liked the idea of a condo but with the things we experienced I would have rather have stayed at a hotel, since we know they have standards for comfort, and the problem with the drain would have been for sure been taken care of just like the unit wouldn't have been 77 when we arrived.
