Great location with easy access to everything Austin has to offer. 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome sleeps 6 comfortably. Furnished, but not cluttered. Completely private patio. Kitchen has everything you need. Tennis courts and pool. On bus route. Not brand new, but clean and everything works. We are trying to build reviews, so have it priced to rent. Has an attached two car garage. This was my wife's home before we got married in December. It has fantastic access to SoCo, SoLa, Rainey Street, Downtown, and East 6th Street. Best part is, you will be 10 minutes from the airport. It is also on a bus route, and is an inexpensive Uber to downtown.
My wife, Tonya, and I recently got married, so we have one too many homes. Tonya has owned this townhome for about five years, and because of its location we have decided to rent it to visitors to Austin.
Bill Gossett purchased this townhome in 2009
The location can't be beat. You will literally be ten minutes from everything. The airport, downtown, SoCo, SoLa, Rainey Street, and Zilker Park are all a ten minute drive or less.
An attached two car garage.
We had a total of 6 people stay at this town home. It was extremely accommodating to us all! The owner Bill was very attentive to our needs and his instructions were as easy as pie. The location was perfect and as he advertised, "close to everything" was on point. He mentioned that the place was tricky to find but he provided us with a map which made it simple and had absolutely no problems finding it. We had a slight plumbing issue on our second day in and within 30 minutes to a hour he showed up to assist our needs. The place is cozy and very welcoming. The cleanliness of when we arrived was awesome. He had nearly everything provided that you would hope for and expect in a town home for a weekend. From snacks to extra blankets to very comfy couches to garage parking and even beer and wine! It was a fun weekend and the town home made it that much better after having a long day out. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again assuming we weren't too much of a handful. Oh, I forgot to mention that the pricey made it better! Nice and cheap! Thanks Bill!
