About The Crains
We purchased our condo because Susan spent part of her childhood on St. Simons and owning a home here has been a lifelong dream. We vacationed here through the years and formed our own connections as a couple to the island. Whether it was walking on the beach, golfing, or enjoying the village, our love for the Golden Isles grew with each visit. We finally took the leap and bought our condo. Now, we are excited to share our home with you.

Why The Crains chose Demere Park
We chose our condo because of its proximity to the beach, the Village and other favorite spots on the south end of the island. Although it's close to the heart of the action, it's tucked away in a quiet residential area that isn't heavily trafficked. You're close to all the action, but in a location that is a "best kept secret" that keeps you out of the worst of the traffic and noise. Quiet, but accessible--that's what we like about our island retreat.
What makes this Townhome unique
As a duplex, our unit shares only one wall with another property. It also has a quiet fenced backyard which is great for evening barbeques or a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. Plus, the interior has been fully renovated and has a homey feel. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking meals in and/or entertaining guests on the patio. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, attached bath, and walk-in closet. If looking for a quiet night in, enjoy free Wifi and premium movie channels.

Very nice townhome
We visited for the weekend for a wedding at the King and Prince. It was very comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Next time we just need to stay longer.

PERFECT Girls’ Weekend
Absolutely delightful place with the MOST comfortable beds. Every convenience and impeccable furnishings. I highly recommend this rental for couples or a weekend with friends. One caveat: The stairs are steep and might be difficult for elderly visitors or very young children. LOVELY HOME!

We spent a month here and felt at home! The location was great, just a short drive or bike ride to the beach, or a nice, healthy walk. I thought the airport would be a problem, but we hardly noticed it. Bikes were a big plus. Riding on the beach during low tide was a lot of fun! St Simons has a lot to offer and we hope to be back!
