Saint Simons has it all--bike and walking trails, beach, village shops, golfing, and island time!

About The Crains

We purchased our condo because Susan spent part of her childhood on St. Simons and owning a home here has been a lifelong dream. We vacationed here through the years and formed our own connections as a couple to the island. Whether it was walking on the beach, golfing, or enjoying the village, our love for the Golden Isles grew with each visit. We finally took the leap and bought our condo. Now, we are excited to share our home with you.

Why The Crains chose St Simons Island

We chose our condo because of its proximity to the beach, the Village and other favorite spots on the south end of the island. Although it's close to the heart of the action, it's tucked away in a quiet residential area that isn't heavily trafficked. You're close to all the action, but in a location that is a "best kept secret" that keeps you out of the worst of the traffic and noise. Quiet, but accessible--that's what we like about our island retreat.

What makes this townhome unique

As a duplex, our unit shares only one wall with another property. It also has a quiet fenced backyard which is great for evening barbeques or a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. Plus, the interior has been fully renovated and has a homey feel. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking meals in and/or entertaining guests on the patio. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, attached bath, and walk-in closet. If looking for a quiet night in, enjoy free Wifi and premium movie channels.

Quiet and friendly!

This cul-de-sac getaway is a gem!

Very nice neighbors. We could walk and bike to anywhere - close to the beaches and Pier shops and restaurants.

Comfortable bedding in the upstairs bedrooms.

The owners were helpful by leaving a binder with instructions for the unit and pamphlets to get our adventure started!

Would definitely stay again in the future :)

Would love to come back !!

We were very pleased with everything. The Crains have made an attractive, comfortable, clean and well stocked place to stay away from home. There was 4 of us, but could very easily sleep 6 with the sofa bed. We travel quite a bit with our grandson's golf tournaments, and this is by far our favorite "Home Away from Home"!

Just as described

We enjoyed our stay on St Simons! Condo was an easy drive to the beach and all the things we wanted to see. The condo is well equipped and well furnished and we had plenty of room for the four of us. I especially enjoyed reading from the collection of Eugenia Price books about the island. Thanks for the hospitality!

Greater Boston Area

A new favorite destination.

Absolutely beautiful rental with all the comforts of home and a prime location! The property is well kept, updated, and extremely clean and tidy. The Crains were so easy to work with, responsive, and gave a great overview prior to arrival. We hope to return in the very near future.

If you venture out for breakfast, be sure to try Palmer's near the pier. It was outstanding, worth the small wait and I'd recommend the maple bacon French toast.

Again, lovely spot, wonderful hosts, and beautiful destination. I'd give it more stars if I could.

Great place, great location really enjoyed our stay. Home away from home. Couldn't use one of the bikes but not a big deal. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to use it again!
