Nestled between Deer Valley Mountain and the Jordanelle Reservoir with views of each. This location is great in both the winter and summer. Snow playground and sports in the winter and water skiing, sailing, jet skiing, swimming, rafting, great fishing, golf within minutes in the summer. Top floor unit with garage parking, washer and dryer in unit, 2 baths, fireplace, flat panel wall mounted tv's in the bedrooms, towels, linens, fully equipped kitchen.

After numerous annual family ski trips to Breck, Vail, Steamboat, Snowmass, Canyons, Park City Mountian, Deer Valley, and Wistler, we as a family of five rented a unit in this complex and decided this was the place.

It was really great to stay at this very reasonably priced clean and comfortable condo. It had everything you needed in the kitchen to cook if you wanted to. I was thankful for bandaids in the first aid kit when I cut my finger. oops! We also liked having 2 parking spaces in the garage, the washer and dryer and the view out the window of the fall leaves beautiful colors. It was easy to get a hold of the property manager and owner who were very nice. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again if its available. Thank you so much for letting us stay an extra day!
This rental is a great value! Ample space for a family of 5 during our recent ski trip. It was an easy 15-20 mins from Deer Valley Snow Park for dropping kids off at ski school. We also started using the Jordanelle lot and gondola - REALLY easy access to the mountain.
The unit has a pretty well stocked kitchen, extra towels and sheets. Two covered parking spots and one external spot (for a tall car or one with a big ski box.) Views are wonderful and the fireplace was a nice touch. Their is also a jungle-gym just outside the unit.
Overall, this is a simple unit will all the simple amenities that you need at a great value. We would rent here again.

This unit was a terrific deal for Utah, especially for two older guys skiing away from our families. It exceeded our expectations. The condo was very clean, nicely equipped, well furnished, pleasantly decorated and convenient. The large washer and dryer were nice. The heated indoor garage was a treat, especially after the snowfalls. Needing to use computers a lot, we were glad to have a secure and fast Internet service.
Both the owner and the manager communicated promptly and courteously gave helpful accurate information.
I especially appreciated the manager's greeting me at the condo, briefing me about the place, and aiding in getting my bags, including the heaviest one, from the garage to the second floor. To my inquiry about reasonably priced good restaurant, he mentioned a local modestly priced restaurant in Park City, that was wonderful.
Getting to Park City/ Canyons was easy. On days when traffic in Park City was heavy due to the Sundance Film Festival, we conveniently reached Canyons from the north via Routes 189 and I-80 to Kimball Junction and south to Canyons .
We give the unit our highest rating. If we were returning, we would surely seek to reserve the place again.

The condo is very comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The condo has a heated garage which is a big plus. The condo includes a pool and spa. The condo is fairly close to Park City about a 10-15 minute drive. There is nothing immediately nearby for restaurants or grocery stores so a car is a must. We enjoyed are stay at the condo and will be back in a few weeks again.
The information and description of "Best Deal in Utah Lodging" is accurate and correct. Good value! Both the owner and onsite management were very responsive and provided us with great customer service throughout the process. I have already recommended this condo to some of my friends.
The location is a pro because it is quite and far enough away from the hustle of downtown Park City and we could be on the Deer Valley Gondola in 15 mins. from pulling out of our underground parking! However, when we wanted to shop, eat and hang out in Park City we were just 15/20 mins away. You will need a vehicle for this location but it is worth it.
The hot tub is open in the winter and a short walk (3 mins.) from the condo which was great after a day on the slopes. It would have been nice to have the pool open as well, but it is not. Overall, great experience and price.
The condo was in a very quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed having a garage. Very convenient to the Jordanelle gondola at deer valley. They will store your skis and boots for free. The condo had every necessity we needed and extremely well priced. Thanks!!
