Live in Miami with my family... We all really enjoy coming out to the Island whenever we have the opportunity.
Joe purchased this apartment in 2005
I bought this apartment a number of years ago as a place to vacation with my family... I chose this location because there is no other place in the world as safe, convenient, and luxuriously comfortable as this island... This is the only place where I can leave my door open and let my kids, nieces, nephews, etc. wander about without ever having to think twice. Finding this hotel -- with all its amenities and quirky historic features -- was very much like finding a 'hidden treasure.'
After purchasing, I did a complete floor to ceiling renovation of the apartment. Hope you enjoy!
Walking on the beach everyday --- a ritual I savor...
Also really enjoy renting bikes from the next-door bike shop and exploring all the different nooks & crannies of the island.
And after an early-morning swim in the pool, you can't beat a morning breakfast at nearby Green's Pharmacy or the French Bakery!
Just a quick note to tell you how much I enjoyed my stay at your condo in Palm Beach. Everything was just perfect! Also, please send my regards and thanks to your family, who was kind enough to walk me through the dehumidifier. Thanks again! Take care.
Joe was extremely helpful and accommodating! We really loved the location near the beach, the bike path, the bicycle shop, the french bakery, publix, Greens drug store and several other little shops. The building had character. The condo was very clean. The only reason I would do 4 rather than 5 stars is really my fault for paying closer attention to the information provided on the site: the unit was rather small and the bedroom did not have a door, its a mini fridge and a nice plug-in stove top cooker rather than stove/oven. There is a roll cot, queen size bed, and couch the with the back cushions that come off, however there were plenty of sheets and pillows provided for all. Parking is a bit complicated as you have to assure the car is moved from outside the building to a few blocks off every day by 10AM - but I enjoyed the walk in sunny palm beach. Overall very good - just proper expectations on size. Of course factoring in the price for Palm Beach it really makes up for that as well. Would have been a 5 if we'd had proper expectations on the size and kitchen.
We had a wonderful “get away” vacation in Palm Beach. We enjoyed our stay at the Palm Beach “hotel.” The condo was nicely decorated; immaculate and modern along with being very comfortable. Joe, the owner, was easy to work with and helpful with any questions and information; also providing lots of tips and suggestions to enjoy the area. The biggest plusses were the nearby beautiful beach, the pool, quiet community, and smoke-free property. The location cannot be beat. Extremely easy access to beach; grocery store, and nearby restaurants. No real need for a rental car. We highly recommend this specific property.
We had a winderful experience overall. The hotel is beautiful in grand old world Palm Beach style, with a lovely pool in a lush setting and gracious lounge areas-both indoor and outdoor. The staff is most accommodating.
The apartment was very comfortable and well furnished with charm and warmth. It was fully supplied - between linens, kitchen appliances, beach chairs, and so many other items that were thoughtfully provided.
We recommend it heartily.

Location is the most important part of a great vacation rental and this location can not be beat. Nestled right between the ocean and intercostal - this is a perfect spot. The Palm Beach area has so much to offer. We rented bikes, ran, drift boat fished and golfed .... and never drove more than 20 minutes away. The hotel condominium is a great historic place - cool building. We did not have any trouble finding street side parking - but the lack of parking lot keeps me from giving a 5 star instead of 4. The owner though is very helpful, mindful and makes sure your stay is going well! We loved this place!
this cozy one bedroom apartment was tastefully and thoughtfully welcoming. The space was as described, neat and clean, very private with Palm trees outside window., air conditioned and de-humidified. The queen bed is very comfortable. There is a folding real bed in a closet and a convertible couch, neither of which I used. Best, the apartment owner provided many creative amenities such as lots of towels, 2 beach chairs, A beach blanket-in-a-bag, 2 net carriers, a portable grill, toothbrush and toothpaste, sewing kit. Excellent coffee and coffee maker. TV is o.k. Neighborhood is charming. with nice shops and many excellent eateries, two groceries and two drugstores a few steps away. It's easy walk to all one wants to see on the island, and to very unpopulated beach. The concierge is helpful and will steer you to private car service so it is easy to be car-free. The owner is a delightful,person to deal with.
