Just between La Concha Hotel and the Mariott Hotel this Condado apartment is a fashionable place to call home. Cartier, Louis Vuitton and Ferragamo are among the names you'll see on the storefronts here. Sophisticated bistros and restaurants draw lively crowds at night. And the beach is always popular. Interestingly, this Condado apartment don't follow the high-end trend; you can find great deals that put you in the heart of San Juan's ritziest neighborhood. We manage other apartments in this building.

This is a unique property in Condado Beach, is comfortable and can accommodate up to 4 people.
From the apartment you can go walking to explore Old San Juan just like the locals do.
Close to the beast hotels in San Juan, La Concha hotel, Marriott Hotel, San Juan Beach, Atlantic Beach.
In the heart of Condado, great location to walk and go to the beach, pubs, casinos, restaurants and shopping.
“Really nice, spacious and clean. 3 min walk to the LaConcha hotel and in the midst of all the night life. The beach is pretty much in your back yard. It is an older bldg but the owners have done a great job with the decor and added improvements to the apartment. Most all the rooms have AC and the rooms stayed cool even when the AC was turned off. This condo is great for a family, large group of friends and couples. The building was very secure which was nice for 5 women vacationing alone. Victor was responsive and accomodating to our concerns/questions before and after our arrival. I would definitely rent this unit again and strongly recommend this condo.”
When we arrived, the bathrooms were dirty; there was someone's urine in the toilet.
Most of the cabinets in the kitchen were off the hinges.
We had to sweep and mop the kitchen before use -- it was filthy.
The elevator doesn't work well if there are more than 4 people at a time. We were not given a key to stairs and so had to go up to our room in shifts.
The neighbor and property accountant who assisted with our unit were miserable and unpleasant.
Building was under construction while we stayed - lots of dust and inconvenience.
Too much money paid for all of these problems.

The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event
that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Broker will charge the following cancellation
penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee:
• Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20%
• Between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date 40%
• Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date 100%
During the Rental Period: The Broker regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation
charges above, whatever the circumstances. The Broker recommends that all guests take out
adequate cancellation or vacation insurance. There will be no reimbursement of money if clients
cancel or vacates the premises prior to the termination of this agreement.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in at 3:00p.m, Check out is at 12:00noon.
POLICY: The property is reserved exclusively for those people named on the booking form and
no other persons are permitted to stay at the apartment unless this has been agreed in writing
prior to the rental period. Pets are not permitted in the apartments without prior agreement; an
additional $300 deposit may be required. No smoking is permitted in the apartments.
RESPONSABILIY OR LIABILITY:
Neither the Agent or the owner assumes any responsibility or liability whatsoever regarding your
person, or whom you represent, or personal property while you or whom you represent on this
agreement, reside in the apartment, or condo and you agree to relinquish all such responsibility
or liability from them.
