Fully renovated home in 2007/2008 and located in northwest Glendale near the border of Burbank. The kitchen is a wonderful setting to cook and entertain (table setting for six). In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a den off of the living room with a full size desk to use as a home office (printer is included). The home features original wood floors and wonderful natural light.

The home is in close proximity to all major freeways, however is located within a traditional Glendale neighborhood offering quiet residential serenity. Trader Joes, Ralph's, CVS and cafes are all within walking distance. Griffith Park with the Los Angeles Zoo, the Autry Museum, a public golf course, tennis courts, and numerous hiking trails, is located within 3 miles. Disney Studios, Universal Studios, and Warner Bros Studios are all located within 3 to 4 miles.

Pets and small children are special. The home, unfortunately, is unsuitable for either.

                                                  The property - exterior and interior - was EXACTLY as it was described in the listing. The house was very nicely set-up, comfortable and friendly. The kitchen had everything needed and I never found myself looking for something that didn't exist. There was an office set up - printer, and an extra monitor which was a "gift" for my needs as I was here to work and those are the things I normally set up when I get in town. Wi-fi was speedy.

                                                  The location was perfect - everywhere I needed to go was within 25 minutes with only minutes access to all Freeways needed.

                                                  Trader Joe's, Staples, Pavilion (the only stores I needed) were within minutes of the house.

                                                  The Host was exceptional - very caring, available and attentive. Checked in a number of times to verify everything was as expected and offering to purchase whatever was missing - kitchen items etc.,

                                                  It was an absolute pleasure staying here.. I had a very hectic two weeks of work and this was an oasis to come home to. THANK YOU GINA! :)

                                                  This rental was perfect for my family. The house far exceeded our expectations. It is well maintained inside and out! The owner was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It was close to Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Ralphs and freeways were easily accessible. This is a perfect location and easy to get to Hollywood, NoHo, Universal studios, Griffith Park and downtown. . Thanks again for providing such a wonderful place to stay. We'll definitely be back!

                                                  Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped

                                                  Feels very fresh and clean inside due to recent remodel of what feels like the entire house. Beautiful tile shower, and separate tub. Stocked with every conceivable kitchen item, cleaning and laundry supplies, soaps, etc.

                                                  Decor is also new and attractive.

                                                  Beautiful, large private patio area with tables and gas grill, which we did not use.

                                                  Very convenient parking in driveway, off street.

                                                  Entire house has A/C, which operates well.

                                                  Very quiet at all times, despite being in an extremely convenient location. On edge of Burbank, 5 mins to easy freeway access and stores and restaurants.

                                                  LR has 2 couches and large screen tv with cable and 1 BR has TV with cable.

                                                  DIning room converted to office with large desk and printer and storage.

                                                  Lots of big windows and very light and open feeling.

                                                  Only drawback for some people may be that 2nd bath is very cramped. Feels like it was added on in the remodel, but it has a nice new tile shower, but no space. We didn't use 2nd bath.

                                                  This property was PERFECT for me and my family. My daughter was interning in Burbank from Virginia and we wanted to visit for a week. Very very clean! The pictures and description are very accurate. The house is in a quiet neighborhood AND convenient to all the touristy LA locations. Gina (owner) was most gracious and responsive. The patio was a place to relax in privacy. All the features of home were provided....all we had to do was purchase food. I won't look for another property when I travel to LA again. If this property is not available, I will choose another date that is available!

                                                  Great Rental!

                                                  My teen-aged daughter and I stayed at this property for two months and absolutely loved it! Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, movies and restaurants and close to everything "Hollywood". Gina was wonderful to work with and very flexible when we needed to extend our stay by a few days.
