3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town home. Pool (30'x15') Sleeps 6-8 people. Pets considered.

Conveniently situated just 2 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from a State Park, 1/4 mile from water taxi, just 2 short blocks from the New Auberge condos (coming 2016) that offers Spas and restaurants that will be available to the public. Nearby you will find a convenience store and restaurant.

This newly furnished home is a proud addition to Style Vacation Homes. The home offers a nice open floor plan to accommodate everyone's needs. There's a queen sleep sofa in the front living room with seating for up to seven persons. The back living family room offers a large flat screen TV with seating for up to five persons. The open design of this area allows you to be able to enjoy the pool views from this area of the home while being able to hold a conversation with those gathered around the kitchen. The dining table seats 6-8 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4. There is a powder room conveniently located on the lower level. You will also find the washer and dryer located in this area by the garage. The garage offers a Foosball table for those rainy afternoons.

Enjoy dining poolside under cover from the sun. Lounge by the pool in the comfortable tropical lounge chairs. Other great features include a large heated swimming pool, central air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix capabilities and off-street parking for 2-3 cars.

There is a small park for the children located just one block from the home. The park is on the same side as the home with no streets to cross.

Wonderful location close to the beach, comfortable roomy house, quiet neighborhood.

Our 3-generation family appreciated the comfortable house with dining tables for 8 both inside and out. The easy 2-block walk to the beach allowed everyone to come and go as they pleased. It's an endless uncrowded stretch of beach with 2 beach-front restaurants in easy walking distance.

Attractive, comfortable, well equipped house

Just came back from a week with my husband and our daughter and her three sons--13, 11, and 8. The house is extremely well-designed, even including a fusball game in the garage! Appliances, towels, etc all in excellent condition. The pool is small but fun to fool around in, and house is 2 blocks from the beach--maybe not the nicest one in Ft. L but adequate and everyone really enjoyed it. Location is also very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants (recommend Shooters--on the inland waterway nearby-- and the Greek Islands Taverna especially). A lovely vacation house with plenty of room for quiet reading, games, TV etc. Sleeps 7. Great master bedroom bathroom with jacuzzi tub (large).

Wonderful Vacation Rental

Enjoyed this property very much. The house is, big, open, very clean, all modern furniture, fixtures, electronics, etc. Great living space, kitchen is very roomy. Backyard and pool were perfect for a dip and sunning, pool area is completely enclosed for maximum privacy. We ended staying in and grilling on the bbq or cooking most night because the home was so nice. It is also very close to the beach, and walking distance (just under a mile) from 3-4 very nice restaurants on the water. I wish I could say the property manager was responsive and helpful, but we didn't have any problems that required response. Everything was perfect from arrivial to departure. We were very happy with our stay.

Perfect location

Gorgeous Home

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully furnished 2 story house. It is situated 1 short block away from the beach. It is extremely clean and the garden around the poolside is very chic!! Our family with 2 teenagers absolutely loved it!!!

Standard policies
No grads, no bachelor parties, no spring break parties. Min age of 25.
Number of people in the party will be verified and if the number of people is higher than what they paid for, the difference will be deducted from their security deposit.

Transaction fees and e-check fees for NSF must be paid in order for the reservation to be considered paid in full. Arrival instructions will not be sent if these fees are outstanding.

Cancellation Policy:
a) If Lessee cancels and the premises are successfully rented to another tenant for the same amount as the current lease between the Lessor and this Lessee, Lessee will receive a refund of the rental payment(s) less a processing fee equivalent to 12.5% of the total rental rate. The Lessor will also receive a full refund of the security deposit.
b) If Lessee cancels and the premises are rented for less than the amount of this current lease between Lessor and this Lessee, Lessee shall be reimbursed the amount of the rental payment(s) less any difference between rent received from the new tenant and less a processing fee equivalent to 12.5% of the total rental rate as agreed upon for this lease.
c) If Lessor is unsuccessful in renting premises due to a cancellation, Lessee forfeits all rental payments, excluding the security deposit.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • Canceled bookings will not receive a refund
