Condo is located right in the heart of Cancun´s Hotel Zone and a ten minute walk to the best beach in Cancun. Located on a quiet side street off the main hotel zone boulevard, and only a few blocks away from The Convention Center and Punta Cancun, where you´ll find restaurants, shopping, and Cancun´s nightlife like Coco Bongo, The City, Mandala and Señor Frog´s. This condo is on the third (top) floor in one the towers of the Imperial Laguna Hotel; it is privately owned, and privately operated. It features a lagoon view, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a whirlpool spa tub), a fully equipped modern kitchen, washer/dryer unit, televisions with cable (including one smart-tv), access to internet and spacious accommodations for up to 8 people. Enjoy a quiet evening as you walk downstairs to Cancun´s famous Palapa Belga Restaurant while listening to quiet Jazz and enjoying the most amazing night view of the hotel zone, as you dine right next to the water. Or take a stroll on the Cancun strip, just about 60 yards away from the hotel´s reception area. Whatever you decide to do, this condo is a great option, in location, accommodations, at the best rates for the area . Ideal for family vacations, convention/ business trips, affordable/budget travel, and guests looking for the best of both worlds.

Policies: We do not rent to Spring Breakers. No pets. Property is located on third floor, and accessible by stairs only. Smoking allowed outdoors only.

Deposits: There is $200 refundable deposit and 50% rental fee due to hold reservation, the rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If arrival date is less than 30 days from booking date, full amount is due . We accept credit cards, money orders and checks.

Refunds: Bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival date forfeit the $200 deposit. Bookings cancelled due to Hurricane alert receive full refund ( including deposit ).

There are no refunds for no-shows or early check-outs. All refunds are processed once checks have cleared with bank.

Amazing

Laura's condo was absolutely amazing! I stayed with my 6 other friends for 3 nights and we had a blast. It's about a mile and a half walk to the strip area maybe even less but I do say walk rather than take a taxi because they will overcharge you. The condo itself was beautiful, the pool area as well. There's little restaurants at the top of the street which is very good too. Overall if want to be in Cancun and not at a resort this is the place to stay. Laura was very reliable and responded promptly before and during or stay. Thanks again Laura!

Me and my family stayed three days here was very nice and relaxing the condo was nice and roomy air conditioning worked really good we liked that is was so close to downtown Cancun close to take the the ferry ⛴ Doc and to the airport the pool is really nice and the view of the lagoon was pretty

This condo is not near the beach so lf your a beach lover I wouldn't suggest it. It's on a cramped back street not pretty. It is not near shops and restaurants you can walk to so plan on taking taxis or buses. The rooms are not as pretty in person as portrayed on the website. I would not stay here again.

Nice property in good location to enjoy fabulous Cancun

This is a nice property for 2 couples and another 2 who don't mind sharing an ensuite with others and have the warmer bedroom. Yes, there is a sofa bed but then you are seriously eating into your living space. We were 5 and that was perfect. This is actually a private condo in a 3* hotel so you get the benefits of that environment and quite a nice pool and a great location on the lagoon with a lovely restaurant on the water (who can make great cocktails). It's also good to have a hotel name if arranging transfers etc.There is a also a small shop right outside for essentials and then a few minutes walk you have the main road where you can catch a bus... you can actually hail them like a cab sometimes and are much cheaper! There is also a couple of local places to eat (Burrito, Pizza) which we found to be good just around the corner too. We ended up walking to the main area a few times - it's about 10-15 mins where the new supermarket is (we got some supplies and used the kitchen in the condo for breakfast), restaurant, bars and so on. There is also access to a smallish local beach there (we also got the bus down to the larger one playa delphine where the Cancun sign is and where you have more space and more waves...) where you will enjoy the amazing color water and fine white sand. So if you are not into all -inclusive and want a good base to explore, be close to the action as well as have a nice pool and a balcony to come back to and hang out and cool off - I would recommend this. It also had a nice quiet, local feel to it as well. It worked out very well for us. Laura is also very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

This location offers what no other does, all within walking distance: nightlife, dining, shopping, supermarket, pharmacy, tour desk, bus/taxi stops, golf course, jogging/walking trail, bank / atm , liquor store, Convention Center and of course, Starbucks.
