Over 25 professionally installed speakers fill both inside and outside with rich quality sound. Stream your favorite music from your smartphone, from the TV or from the radio using the high speed network and Control4 app. Guests are able to control each zone independently or sync the entire property for rich, full sound to fill the party. High speed Wifi throughout the entire home and backyard.

There is a Samsung 75" Smart TV and 5.1 theater surround sound system in the living room and kitchen! The Samsung Smart TV allows guest access to the most popular video streaming services such as HBO GO, Netflix and Amazon, etc.
There is also a selection of both PS4 video games and board/party games for our guests to play as well! In the game room, guests will encounter an authentic Ms. PacMan and Galaga combo arcade cocktail table game!!!
The kitchen is one of my personal favorite parts of the property. It is an amazing place to hang out, cook and enjoy good wine. The large open kitchen adjoins the living room and breakfast nook, separated by a large stone fireplace and mantle. The living room's 75" Smart TV can be seen and heard from the far opposite end of the kitchen, allowing guests to watch what they like as they cook up something delicious.

The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, silverware, bakeware and more. There are also a variety of basic cooking ingredients, supplies, spices, hot sauces, oils, condiments and more for guests to use. I only ask that if anything is fully consumed during the stay to please make note of it and inform me so that I am able to provide the same service to the next guest.
The Master Bedroom boasts a California King size Tempurpedic bed, spacious multi-head shower and large jacuzzi bath. The room has its own 60" Samsung Smart TV and has direct access, via double doors, to the backyard.
The three main guest bedrooms each have their own full bathroom and walk-in closets, one of which boasts a jacuzzi bath/shower combo.
Two of the guest bedrooms feature queen size beds and the third features a King. The fifth bedroom doubles as an office/massage room and has a queen size platform bed a with memory foam mattress (not your typical sofa bed) with an adjacent powder room. The massage room can be put to good use, as this home features an on-call massage therapist.
ADDITIONAL SPACE INFORMATION:
We do our best to help our guests feel taken care of, welcome and comfortable in our home. Due to the various custom features of the home, someone will greet you as you check-in to hand over keys/garage code and give brief instructions on many of the home's awesome features, for example: how to use the smart home system and fire features!
There is a three car garage, multiple car ports, and plenty of street parking for guests if necessary. The property also has an RV gate and parking, should any guests wish to drive their mobile home or bus to town. Guests can park their recreational vehicle on the property for a nightly surcharge of $50.
During short-term stays (less than two weeks), guests will be asked not to enter or attempt to use the contents of the following areas:
- Office Closet
- Master Bedroom Closet #1 (don't worry, there is a second large closet in the Master)
- Garage Storage Areas
- Garage Fridge
- Main Kitchen Pantry
- Storage Shed
Furthermore, unless booked in addition to the main house, guests are asked not to use or attempt to enter the guest casita or any of the areas immediately surrounding the structure, as there may be a tenant or another guest occupying the house. Please leave one of the parking slab spots open for the tenant of the casita at all times unless otherwise instructed.
We also ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors when using the Volleyball court and outdoor sound system (particularly at night). Balls that go over the fence may be retrieved with the utmost care and consideration for our neighbors. Use good judgement here. There is dual gate access on the west fence that gains entry to the west facing neighbor's yard.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
Having had good and bad experiences on both sides of the vacation rental spectrum myself, I try my very best to make my guests' experiences positive ones to remember. Ultimately, it is my goal to have you come back again! If you have questions about the home, the area or hesitate to ask.
During your stay, I am prompt to respond to any issues or questions via text or phone call. I am very communicative throughout the entire process and will be flexible according to your needs. For example, if your check-in time changes or happens to be during the late hours, I will try to meet your schedule or leave a key and greet you at the next earliest time possible. I travel often for work, so in the event that I am not in Scottsdale at the time of arrival, I have a trusted friend and property manager to handle the check-in process in my stead.
I am happy to provide a keg of draught beer for guests to enjoy during the stay. If interested, I will send out a menu of available beers after the reservation is confirmed.
The home also comes with on-call massage therapy if any guests care to receive a relaxing therapeutic massage or even energy work and Reiki without needing to leave home! The office, as previously mentioned, doubles as a very nice massage room.
Up to two blow up bed/s are available at no extra charge by request in advance and will be provided with sheets and pillows at the time of arrival. This brings the bed total to 7 and provides guests with a maximum sleeping occupancy of 14.
Our home is only a half mile from the 101 freeway and less than a mile away from the nearest shopping center and grocery store. Close to everything you need, but tucked away on a quiet street in the large-lot Cactus corridor area of Scottsdale.
Situated in mid-north Scottsdale, the property is only 10 minutes or less to both Old Town and North Scottsdale/Keirland Shopping Center, numerous golf resorts and fantastic food!
Only 20 minutes to Tempe and 23 minutes to PHX Sky Harbor Airport via the 101 Freeway. Only 7 minutes to Westworld and the TPC Golf Course.
Rental cars are highly recommended.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
For guests that need extra room and accommodation, we offer our separate guest casita based on availability. The one bedroom house sleeps two and has a queen bed, living room and full kitchen. The casita is a great option for groups that need to sleep more than 14 guests or require more particular sleeping arrangements. Prices start at $150 per night and can be added on to the reservation by request. Ask about availability!
The minimum stay for this listing is 3 nights, however if a shorter stay is required, I can review the request on a case-by-case basis regarding a one night or two night stay. Please note that a premium may be applied to 2 night stays.
The property is event friendly but special pricing must be given based on the details of the event. All gatherings or events more than 20 people in attendance must be approved on a case by case basis ahead of time and a liability insurance policy must be purchased in advance for the event.

The house is awesome. It was perfect for a group of 14 guys for a bachelor party. Brian was very accommodating and helpful the entire trip. I would definitely recommend this house to others. It has everything you need for entertaining. I would definitely book here again.
My friends and I rented this house for a bachelorette weekend and had such an amazing time. From the spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen, and endless activities in the backyard (pool, sand volleyball, basketball court, trampoline, etc), everything exceeded our expectations! Not only was the house clean and well organized, it comfortably fit all 12 of us with plenty of room to spare! Brian, the owner, also has a great sound system that allows you to control where you want to play music which can be anywhere in the house as well as outside. I was also really impressed with Brian’s responsiveness and genuine concern that we had the best rental experience possible. He quickly responded to questions and made welcomed recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Finally, I loved where this house was located as it is just a 10 minute drive in either direction to Scottsdale Quarter (great for outdoor shopping and restaurants) and Old Town (also good for restaurants, shopping and going out) and is in a charming, quiet neighborhood with local shops and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this rental property to anyone – whether it’s a family, bachelor/ bachelorette, or a group of friends, this house really has something to offer everyone and you won’t be disappointed!
We had a group of 14 and really enjoyed the house. The house comes fully equipped with everything and outdoor space is terrific. Brian was very helpful with any issues we had. Overall great stay.
Spent 7 days with a group of 11 (2 families with kids). The house was perfect, the owner Brian was very accommodating, the pool was awesome, the backyard was an amusement park all by itself. We went to a few baseball games and a tour of the Grand Canyon but everyone really wanted to get back to the house to swim, play volleyball, basketball, listen to some outdoor music, grab a beer from the keg, etc.. No need to leave the house. I will honestly say that the backyard is significantly better than the pictures on the website. Very enjoyable and relaxing vacation - great for families!!!
Spent 5 days with group of 13 golfing and spring training baseball. Awesome central location to everything. Everything was a short uber ride away, no issues getting to anything we wanted at any hour of the day.
Property has it all. Great ultra luxury home with well thought out outdoor amenities. We hired a chef for a couple of days and he was impressed with all the features of both outdoor and indoor kitchens. Basketball court was a big hit for late night games when weather chills.
Brian the owner/manager of property was great to work with. Good communication throughout rental process. He met us at property to let us in and to show us how to use everything. Yes everything. House has plenty of high end A.V. stuff that any techy type will appreciate. Indoor pool table was also a hit that over looks the patio with double door exits. Brian was always available throughout our stay if we needed anything. We wanted to rent the UFC fight, Brian handled it, came by to ensure it was bought on cable properly and came on. Great service!
Planning on staying on same property next time with large group. Would definitely recommend to all.
