The space
This is a beautiful fully renovated home that makes a great retreat, or a wonderful base for day trips when visiting Cape Coral and the nearby SW FL islands and white sand beaches.

The home has a lanai/screen covered pool which will provide just enough Florida sun while keeping the bugs away. Guests can access the lanai from main living space, master bedroom and rear guest bedroom.

We have 4 bicycles for guest use. We also provide 4 high quality beach chairs (with backpacks) and a beach umbrella for travelers who want to visit the local SW FL beaches!

Proactive and transparent communication is high on our list as far as accepting reservations from new guests. The number of guests on the reservation is the max number of guests we expect to have during your stay.

We accommodate same-day turnarounds with our top-notch cleaning team. We'll do our best to accept early check-in/late check-out if possible, but we often do a full turnaround between 10:30 am (check out time) to 4 pm (check in time) so appreciate your understanding if this simply isn't possible.
