The design is an open concept living area with wall mounted 55 inch Samsung TV, walnut accent wall, walnut island and counters. The chef kitchen includes custom cabinetry, pre-rinse high arch faucet, gas cook-top and oven, stainless appliances and washer and dryer. The private bedroom has a queen bed with hotel quality linens, ceiling fan, built in dresser and 2nd wall mounted TV. This one bedroom, one bath condo is perfectly sized and has the feel of downtown while being located in Central Austin. The kitchen is fully stocked and is designed with the convenience of a large island containing a porcelain sink with chef faucet, under counter dishwasher and dual trash/recycling pullout, and ample workspace on the Walnut counter-top and island. Framed by huge kitchen windows, there is a gas cook-top and oven, stainless refrigerator, brand new washer and dryer, plus custom pantry and built-ins. If you prefer an afternoon wine tasting, there is a custom built-in wine rack to hold your finest wines. The living room is decorated with a modern style including 12 feet of sliding glass doors, a mounted deer head, large hi-def Samsung TV, intimate sofa and seating highlighted by a Walnut accent wall. Additional living area amenities include designer lighting and stainless ceiling fan. The separate bedroom has a queen size bed, hotel quality linens, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and custom built-in dresser. The shower is a walk-in shower with glass door, tile surround and mosaic tile inset, trim and shower floor, plus a comfort bench for relaxing. The condo has a lovely outdoor area including large privacy fenced treed yard under the shade of 40 foot pecan trees, glass-topped wrought iron table and chairs and gas grill.

In preparation for a new tenant, should check for outdated items left in the refrigerator by previous guests that have gone rancid. Perhaps a dry cleaning of the duvet is due.
This was a very nice cozy spot, especially for a couple's getaway. Clean and updated. Out of the downtown crowd but you can get there down MOPAC in 15 minutes or so. Also a lot to do close by. We did yoga, canoeing on the lake, spinning class on 5th street, brewery tours and "The Domain" area, which was very cool. Cindy was super helpful. All around a great place in Austin. Recommended!!
My husband and two small dogs stayed at the condo during ACL and it was perfect for us. The condo came stocked with everything we needed. It was close to a busy intersection but that did not bother us falling asleep or sleeping in. We were very close to a coffee shop, a great Mexican restaurant, and a gas station for late night snacks. The condo is behind a main rental home which was rented during our stay but the main house has a separate outside living area from the condo. We had our privacy when sitting outside enjoying the weather under the large pecan tree. We would definitely stay again.
We booked this property as we were trying to look for homes to buy in Austin on short notice. Cindy was great, and was able to accommodate the short notice as well as offer us a short extension if we needed it before the next renters were to arrive on Oct 2nd. The condo was beautiful, well appointed with all new interior. The bed was comfortable and she stocked the condo very well with items we may have needed throughout our stay. She even offered us a pack n play for our infant daughter. We had trouble one day connecting to the internet (our own error), but Cindy responded immediately to our questions and then followed up later to make sure it still worked.
The location was great, easy access to all major roads, and very easy to find. Behind the property there was a gas station (great for last minute needs) as well as a good and affordable Mexican restaurant around the corner. There is also a great cafe and pub right across the street. It was also wonderful having a fenced yard for my daughter to play in without worrying she would wander into the street. I would definitely recommend this condo to a family member or friend.
Loved the looks of the place however, it needed cleaning. Dryer scorched and ruined clothes ($200) and therefore couldn't wash more clothes. I then saw that it also left scorch marks on sheets/comforter. Fridge had lowest grate missing. Toilet seat extremely loose needed tightening. Yard was very messy and grill filthy--had to hose all yard furniture, grill and sweep and rake yard before using outdoor space. It should be noted the condo resides on a very busy thoroughfare and bus route. While pets are allowed, there is little space in small gravel yard.
