The house was beautiful and had everything we needed in it. It was clean and enjoyable. The hot tub was already hot when we got there and the house looked very well kept. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend.

Fabulous View Large Mountain Home
We arrived on Thursday 1/12/17 to a winter wonderland. The roads were fully clear and swept with snow mounts between 5' to 8' high. The house was in good condition and the home was the perfect size for my large family. We swept off the decks and enjoyed the view of the mountains from the hot tub with a nice glass of red wine.

The house was perfect for the number of family members we had. The house was wonderful. The only problem we had was on the last day we discovered a mouse in the house.
Perfect Summer Family Reunion Spot
Eleven adult family members had plenty of room to spread out, cook, and visit. The views are spectacular. The house is lovely. It’s a short drive into downtown Breck, and there is a hiking trail right up the street. The weather was so lovely we barely used the awesome game room in the basement. Instead, we were watching the stars from the hot tub on the deck. A couple notes for the property manager – pool cues need tips and the dishwasher is a bit front heavy and falls open. The kitchen is well stocked, and little touches like hotel-sized toiletries in the bathrooms were appreciated.
Family reunion for 17
While the house overall was fabulous, there are a couple of issues that need to be addressed by the owners and property managers. First, the upstairs bedrooms are extremely warm during summer months (southerners looking for a cool break in the mountains). The secondary upstairs bedroom windows could NOT be opened to allow for at least a little cool down in the mountain air. Owners need to provide some fans (ceiling fans are NOT enough). Second, the basement level, while great space to expand into, is moldy. Owners need to address that.
On the property managers, I have to downgrade this by one star. Not only does the property manager give you incomplete information but they close early and do not provide adequate information to the answering service. We received an email in advance of our stay providing a code for the door and garage, but the letter also said "if you have not been provided a pre-arrival clearance then you will need to check in with our office on arrival date between the hours of 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM". Our letter did not state that we had pre-arrival clearance, so we dutifully arrived at 4:00 PM only to find that the office had closed at 3:00 PM - and we were in the town center just killing time until 4!! The after-hours call service did not know where all the drop boxes were for 'late' check ins - and it took a lot of effort to find the correct location of our drop box and key with instructions for getting to the house. In addition, we ha an issue with the house that we contacted the property manager about, only to get an answering machine and promise to respond. The response came many hours later and was no response at all in regard to the issue we had. If I was the owner I would be looking for a new management service!
Overall for group of 17 this was a great place. I just wish the management company would give consideration to summer guests as well as winter guests!. 3.5 to 4.0 stars at most.
