Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located 1 block from the Intracoastal waterway.

Located less than 1 mile from the beach, you will have your toes in the sand in a short ten-minute walk. And the heart of downtown with its funky shops, art galleries and sidewalk cafes is just two blocks away. This 1925 Spanish home, located in the highly sought after Parrot Cove coastal neighborhood, retains all of its original architecture including a pecky cypress front entry door, original Dade County pine wood floors, archways transitioning room to room, arched windows, French doors and living areas with 10-foot ceilings. The main house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room with fireplace, formal dining room and a great Florida room (with pull-out sleeper sofa). The kitchen is generous in size, has an eat-in area and looks onto the pool and Chicago brick patio deck. The heated pool has a raised spa and is nestled into a lush Florida tropical landscape.

Separate from the main house, there is a cabana which can serve as the third bedroom. An ideal place to entertain family and friends or for overnight guests, the cabana comes equipped with a futon that converts into a double bed and its own bathroom.

Other amenities include central air conditioning in the main house (wall unit in the cabana), free wireless internet, 2 HDTV's with over 140 channels including HBO, fresh linens and towels, a security alarm system, a gas BBQ grill and a fully fenced in backyard.

You will love the European lifestyle that Lake Worth offers its residents. Lake Worth has received one of the best walkability ratings of any town in the United States. Right outside your door are abundant sidewalk cafes, art galleries and specialty shops just waiting for you to explore. Grab your green market bag and head to the Lake Worth Green Market. Or enjoy an afternoon viewing the wildlife from the Snook Island boardwalk. Rent a kayak at the Bryant Park waterfront, or spend the day at the beach where you will find shops, restaurants and a 300' pier where you can fish or just enjoy a leisurely stroll.

A perfect relaxing paradise!

The house is gorgeous and well maintained with tons of charm. We had a great time enjoying the backyard and its beautiful landscaping. The pool/hottub and the cabana were amazing. We hated to leave and will definitely come back. Also, the local area was very cool with some great restaurants. Best NYE for sure!

Chris was on vacation no where to be found?! i don't understand these great reviews

the master bedroom was gross and i bought my own pillow while down there

as soon as we came in, the door knob to bathroom fell off, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall and 2nd day there doing wash the machine broke too bad they did not take care of this place or tell you the neighbor hood was less than OK i would not recommend and would appreciate a refund of more than $50 as Chris sent us that

Owner's Response: I'm very sad to read this review. We tried extremely hard to appease this person but it was impossible. This was the hardest tenant we've had to deal with in the 10+ years we've been in this business. I would encourage whoever is reading this to read the 36 (at the time of this writing) other reviews of which 32 are 5 stars and 4 are 4 stars. This will give you a good sense of the type of service we provide and the quality of this property. To answer this tenants specific concerns: 1. "Chris was on vacation no where to be found": I was out of town at the time of this reservation and I made it very clear to this tenant in the multiple phone calls prior to her arrival that our 2 other staff members would be able to help her with any issue. One even met her at the house at check-in to show her around. In addition, I was still able to respond to her many text messages often within minutes. 2. "the master bedroom was gross": This is simply untrue. We have a wonderful cleaning crew who does an awesome job. If there are ever any cleanliness issues we would address them right away. 3. "the door knob to bathroom fell off" After check-out the tenant let me know that the door knob was loose and it was then tightened. 4. "the toilet paper holder fell off the wall" This is the first I have heard of this by reading this review. Had I been informed I would have happily had it fixed in a timely manner. 5. "2nd day there doing wash the machine broke": Unfortunately the washing machine did malfunction on Saturday night. The tenant immediately informed me that she had all of the towels in the entire house in the wash and needed more towels right away. A staff member was able to drop off a whole new full set of towels within 1 hour. The washing machine was fixed on Monday morning by the repairman. 6. "and would appreciate a refund of more than $50 as Chris sent us that": Due to the tenant being furious that she couldn't do laundry on Saturday night and Sunday I gave her an extra $50 refund on top of the $250 security deposit refund for a total of $300. I thought this was more than fair considering the circumstances. If anyone has any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. Regards, Chris

This is our second stay here so YES we love this gem of a property in Lake Worth..... Walking distance to everthing that the fantastic downtown LakeWorth has to offer...

The relaxing poolside area cant be beat...

We stayed 2 nights, were busy most of the time. The ad should be a bit clearer that the 2nd bathroom is in the Cabana house, and not the main house. Everything was wonderful

Great place to stay

The house was great. We loved the pool! It was a great place to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. The walk to the beach was a little bit of a trek, but it was worth it. We spent a lot of time just hanging out at the house-grilling, riding bikes, hanging out by the pool.
