I have lived and worked in the Park City area for over 10 years and just love the natural setting, beautiful and healthy environment, and freedom from city life & congestion.
David Jacobs purchased this townhome in 2005
I love to come here, during all seasons, to enjoy the peaceful, beautiful and more natural lifestyle. Transportation is siimple, whether arriving via Interstate Freeway or flying in to the convenient Salt Lake International Airport, about 30 miles away. Travel between places of interest in Park City Old Town or the three local ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons) is simple, whether by free city-run shuttle transportation, walking, biking or driving.
Ease of access to recreational athletics, nature and beauty. There is a city side west of our place, with ease of walking or free clean shuttle transportatioin to restaurants, movies and entertainment, unique shops, library, and skiing, as well as a peaceful natural side on the east, with incredible views and the McLeod Creek trail for walking, hiking, biking/cc skiing.

We are a family of 6 (with teens) from Australia. We stayed 4 nights early in January 2016.
This townhouse at Newpark is in a convenient location to shops and restaurants. David was very welcoming, met us on our arrival and allowed us to check in early.
He kindly showed us around the townhouse which was well stocked with condiments etc. We made use of the washer and dryer. Walmart is a quick drive away so we were able to pick uo things like laundry detergent to replenish, and hand and toe warmers for skiing as it was freezing.
The fireplace was great.
We hired an suv at the airport which we used to drive to Deer Valley / Park city main street area / Walmart / Outlets / Olympic park center.
The Newpark complex is also convenient to walk to shops such as whole foods and restaurants.
Restaurants and shops on Main Street Park City were also great.
Overall an excellent stay, very comfortable home with enough space for the 6 of us.
Thank you David.
We loved our stay here! David was a great host, going over everything with us upon our arrival...
Great location, dog friendly and well equipped home. We are already planning our next trip!
What more could I add to the previously posted comments? David is an excellent host to rent from and this townhouse suited our family of four (we have 2 adult children) just fine for our annual family ski trip. It sits right on a groomed trail with an unobstructed view of the Snyder Basin preserve, comes decorated with family photos and memorabilia, and is fully loaded with truly usable cooking equipment. Very enjoyable view from the hot tub! Furthermore, staying at a townhouse in Redstone Plaza has enormous advantages - so many services within walking distance: P.O., grocery stores, State Liquor store, restaurants galore, Starbucks, and free local bus service to downtown PC and all three skiing bases. Redstone Plaza also has a movie theatre and a bowling alley (aptly named Jupiter Bowl). On our last day, we rented cross country skis. One can actually start right behind David's townhouse, but we did the kids a favor and dropped them off at the Willow Creek Park on Old Ranch Rd so that they could ski more or less in the downhill direction on the McLeod Creek Trail right back to the townhouse!
David is a great host. We really enjoyed the spaciousness, the garage which accommodated our SUV with Skybox, and the location. We are renting again from David next year.
I have rented from David 3+ times and will do it again next year. He is responsive, friendly and super helpful. The townhouse is the ideal location to ski all the resorts in the area. Bus service to the Park City resorts is an easy walk, even with your gear. Shared van rides to Alta/Snowbird, Brighton/Solitude and the airport are quick and easy -- last party to picked up; first ones dropped off. No need for a car with all the places to eat in and around Redstone/Newpark.
Great condo in a great location!
We are a family of 5 who stayed here comfortable. Close to amenities and perfect for a ski holiday.
