Staying at this quiet and unique corner townhouse at the popular community Gold Coast, will make your stay on Aruba very relaxing and comfortable. It is only 3 minutes from two of the best beaches in Aruba: Malmok (very good for snorkeling) and Arashi. Many restaurants and nightlife is only 5 minutes from the property.

The community is completely gated, save and child friendly. The quiet and beautiful community pool is right across from the unit. At the pool area are toilets, a shower and BBQ Grill for your comfort.

At the property is a Clubhouse with gym, pool and tennis court which you can use for free. It also features a restaurant, called White modern cuisine and is open for Lunch & Dinner.

Gold Coast is located opposite an 18 hole Golf course!

The house is in a quiet and peaceful area. It is modern equipped. Via the Living Room through the sliding doors you'll find yourself on the private patio with gazebo for shade, enjoy a glass of wine in the lounge seats and have a BBQ!

If you want a relaxing vacation, in a beautiful private villa, you should choose Casa Diamante!

Through the front door, you are welcomed into the open living room/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, like dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer and fridge. Washer and Dryer are also available.

And if you like to drink a nice cup of coffee in the morning on the patio, bring your favorite Nespresso cups, because there is a Nespresso machine you can use.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a large En suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a second bedroom with 2 single beds (can also be put together for a queen size bed) with a separate bathroom. In the living room is a comfortable queen size sofa bed for an additional two guests.

The bedrooms and the Living Room are equipped with a split unit A/C.

This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated and completely furnished and has parking space in front of the house. All windows and doors have mosquito screens.

Very nice place and location

We really liked the unit and location. Petra was a great help in recommendations and answered all of our questions quickly. Unit is well stocked and very clean when we arrived. Very close to some great beaches and not too far to get to restaurants. Overall we were very happy with the rental. Security on site is a nice feature as well even though it does not feel like you need it.

Excellent Property - As Advertised

One of the best equipped properties we have rented. The community as well as the house are very nice. Petra was most helpful both before and during our stay.

Only issue to mention is the airco system which consists of individual units in various rooms, as opposed to central air. Coming from Texas, we are accustomed to keeping our home cold 24 hours/day, whereas in Aruba the cost of electricity is high and extra surcharges are incurred if the airco is left on full-time.

Beautiful townhouse in beautiful Aruba!

Could not be more pleased with this beautiful townhouse. This was our first time in Aruba (definitely not our last ). This home is in a quiet community with a pool right across the street. We always felt safe, and everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. The property manager Petra was an asset to the home. She was always around if we needed her and the helpful reminders about electricity and water usage kept us on track. From the moment we walked through the doors, we could tell that this home is well taken care of. Everything you need from the kitchen to the beautiful walk in shower shows the pride that this owner has for his home.Take Petra's advice and see everything on this beautiful island! My 4 year old grandson didn't want to leave his "beach house"!

We made beautiful family memories here,thanks to Petra and our home away from home.

This condominium complex is very nicely taken care of. The pools, the clubhouse, all is beautiful.

This condo unit is a very comfortable place to stay. It is larger than other 2 bedroom units in this complex with a lovely, large private patio. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the beds are very comfortable. All the furniture is in good condition. Petra is a wonderful contact and very helpful with information and help. The location is close to so many things, though a car is a must. We felt like we had the best of both worlds- a quiet location away from the crowds yet only minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We would choose to stay here again.

Nice place very close to the beach. Would definitely come back to this condo.

We rented this condo sort of last minute. I looked at a bunch of places and this one seemed like it was close to the beaches but far enough away from the crowded ones so we rented it. First floor is nice, living room area on the left with a couch and two chairs. Kitchen with electric stove, washing machine and stacked washer dryer on the first floor. 1/2 bath on the right. Nice outdoor area to sit and have dinner or relax in the am. It's shaded throughout most of the day so that's a plus. Second floor, Master on left with en-suite bathroom and closet. There's also another bathroom in the hallway and then a second bedroom with 2 beds. AC is provided by a main AC on the wall in the living room/kitchen area and one in each bedroom.

What we liked

Petra's knowledge of the island and the booklet in the condo is very informative and spot on!

Simple booking process and anytime I asked Petra anything she was very quick to respond.

Cost-Was not terribly expensive but was a nice, clean condo.

Location-Literally 3 minute drive to Arashi beach and 7 minuted to downtown.

Living Area-Outside area on first floor, kitchen was fine bedrooms were decent size. En-suite bathroom had a big shower.

Pool-There's a pool right across from the condo and there's another pool in the complex with a restaurant there if you didn't want to cook at home but not go "out"

What we didn't like which wasn't much and didn't impact our fun time.

Towels-There were not that many beach towels (4) so we had to make sure we dried them every day or we were screwed. Put some in the dryer one night and forgot them.

Beach Chairs-There was 1 folding chair and 4 stadium chairs. No one wanted to sit in a stadium chair at the beach so we did use the 1 folder and then ended up having to rent some chairs for a couple days. Maybe get some additional beach/sand chairs?

Cooler-There was only a teeny cooler there like a lunch cooler.. (We bought one and left it there) so that's no longer an issue and not the first time I have run into this issue btw.

Dryer-Seemed to take a really long time to dry stuff. Maybe we had too much stuff in it but I didn't really think we were overloading it.

Wish we had a hose out front to rinse off sandy feet.
