Staying at this quiet and unique corner townhouse at the popular community Gold Coast, will make your stay on Aruba very relaxing and comfortable. It is only 3 minutes from two of the best beaches in Aruba: Malmok (very good for snorkeling) and Arashi. Many restaurants and nightlife is only 5 minutes from the property.

The community is completely gated, save and child friendly. The quiet and beautiful community pool is right across from the unit. At the pool area are toilets, a shower and BBQ Grill for your comfort.

At the property is a Clubhouse with gym, pool and tennis court which you can use for free. It also features a restaurant, called White modern cuisine and is open for Lunch & Dinner.

Gold Coast is located opposite an 18 hole Golf course!

The house is in a quiet and peaceful area. It is modern equipped. Via the Living Room through the sliding doors you'll find yourself on the private patio with gazebo for shade, enjoy a glass of wine in the lounge seats and have a BBQ!

If you want a relaxing vacation, in a beautiful private villa, you should choose Casa Diamante!

Through the front door, you are welcomed into the open living room/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, like dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer and fridge. Washer and Dryer are also available.

And if you like to drink a nice cup of coffee in the morning on the patio, bring your favorite Nespresso cups, because there is a Nespresso machine you can use.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a large En suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a second bedroom with 2 single beds (can also be put together for a queen size bed) with a separate bathroom. In the living room is a comfortable queen size sofa bed for an additional two guests.

The bedrooms and the Living Room are equipped with a split unit A/C.

This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated and completely furnished and has parking space in front of the house. All windows and doors have mosquito screens.

a slice of heaven

We just enjoyed 2 weeks in this lovely property. Lots of windows and with the screens for front door and patio - we never needed to run the air. Beautiful breezes every day. Petra was a gracious host, checking to see that we had everything we needed. Nicely decorated and a fully outfitted kitchen - perfect place to relax and unwind. A walk across the street and we were lounging by the pool. Already have booked for 2 weeks same time next year. We hated to head back to the frozen north!!

Clean Property and close to beaches

I stayed here in January for a girls getaway. Petra greeted us and showed us around the villa. Petra was very fast at getting back to me making the reservation and if I had any questions while we were there. The property is very clean and had everything we needed. We could have used more of washcloths. We ate out for dinner, but it would be perfect for a family that would prefer to cook meals. We used the beach towels, chairs, and cooler everyday at the beach. We were able to rent an umbrella for $20 at Arashi beach. This was my fourth visit to Aruba and we love it here!! We’ve stayed in a high rise hotel, beach house, condo and this villa. We like being away from the busy hotel area, so this worked for us. We had a couple nice dinners on the beach watching the sunset. Don’t be afraid to venture off the beaten path for the best dinners. We had a little problem with roaches and Petra was right on it, she had an exterminator out there very quickly. In the Caribbean sometimes there’s bugs. We would definitely stay here again. Nice place with only one glitch...

Our family stayed here for a week before the Christmas holidays. Petra was phenomenal: helpful, friendly, and always on time and available. She is really good at what she does and I would not hesitate to stay at another rental that she manages. The house was nice because it was located on a corner with very quiet neighbors, had a large patio area, and was located directly across the street from one of the three pools. The only glitch was that there were roaches in the kitchen and living room. Although I noticed them on the second night of our stay, I didn't want to have the place sprayed because I didn't want our daughter exposed to insecticides. I informed Petra when we checked out and I'm sure she has already addressed the problem. Overall, this was a great place in a good location.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your time to review our property. We are sorry the experience was not up to our usual standard. Of course we took immediate action when we were informed about the roaches. That same day we had a professional pest control company spray the complete house and property. They informed us that it looks like the eggs off the roaches probably came with the boxes from the supermarkets, because the roaches where still small and the house and community are clean. We can assure you no more roaches in the house!

Very nice place and location

We really liked the unit and location. Petra was a great help in recommendations and answered all of our questions quickly. Unit is well stocked and very clean when we arrived. Very close to some great beaches and not too far to get to restaurants. Overall we were very happy with the rental. Security on site is a nice feature as well even though it does not feel like you need it.

Excellent Property - As Advertised

One of the best equipped properties we have rented. The community as well as the house are very nice. Petra was most helpful both before and during our stay.

Only issue to mention is the airco system which consists of individual units in various rooms, as opposed to central air. Coming from Texas, we are accustomed to keeping our home cold 24 hours/day, whereas in Aruba the cost of electricity is high and extra surcharges are incurred if the airco is left on full-time.
