About Karl Adams

I grew up here, and currently live just across the street.

Karl Adams purchased this cottage in 1951

Why Karl Adams chose Lake Winnipesaukee Area

This property has been in our family for many years, but with the children grown up and myself busy with work, we haven't had the time to enjoy this beautiful property as much as we would like. We want others to be able to create and experience lasting memories from a place that is very special in many ways.

What makes this cottage unique

A classical cottage that is unbelievably close to the lake. You will not be able to find many better lakefront properties throughout the lakes region.

Lake W is always magical ....

  • 3 of 5

Nice location on the lake, with beach and outdoor patio. House has all amenities, though house and its contents are tired/old. Owner is easy to coordinate with and helpful. Screen porch is the place to contemplate life while watching the lake.

Absolutely beautiful

  • 5 of 5

This house was more than what we were looking for! You really can't beat the breath taking view from the minute you walk into the spacious kitchen - our dog was in heaven being able to run into the shallow water and then jump off the docks. Would definitely recommend and will be re-booking for next year!

Lake Life at its best.

Simplistic with ease of use. Karl was great. Great location if you have small children ours 8 and 4. (Both very independent) the beach and dock were amazing.

Another great lakeside escape!

  • 5 of 5

Our second year having a family trip at this charming lakehouse, and we loved our time just as much as before! Even with 90+ degree weather on a few days, the AC units worked wonders and the shady beach and porch were great for those who didn't feel like splashing in the lake. We loved the water and spent most of the time down in the lake. As always, Karl was great and very responsive for the few times we had questions during our stay. Will be rebooking soon!

Great place

  • 4 of 5

Great house with a lot of outdoor seating and awesome screened in porch. It felt like the house was just getting opened for the season. A lot of the dishes had dust and dead bugs in them, but easily washed out. overall a great stay and would stay there again.

Owner's Response: I wanted to personally apologize for the cleaning crew. I have since fired them (I even hired them to do a complete spring cleaning) and obviously, they failed. You were correct that you were the first guests to use the kitchen after the winter. Again my apologies, and thank you for letting me know. Karl
