We are retired native Californians who are new to resort condo ownership. Ken was raised in Santa Monica, and was the son of a prominent osteopath. His family spent Christmas skiing at Alta. I was raised in Taft where my dad was a diesel mechanic on oil derricks for Standard Oil. I was a college professor, and my Ken was a clinical psychologist. We met on a blind date ski weekend, and a freaky fall broke my wrist. It was not love at first sight! He was too quiet, and I was too 'fluffy'. When he heard I was back skiing in my over-the-elbow caste, he decided I was worth a second look. We have been skiing together ever since. We stayed at the Lodge on a week's ski vacation a few years ago, and by the time we drove back to CA, we owned a condo just down the hall from the one we'd rented.
Beautiful location for winter and summer. We fell in love with the view and the simplicity of the open floor plan. We also liked all of the natural lighting in comparison to the dinge of more dated condo complexes.
Away from it all in a peaceful setting, but just minutes away from all the action. Guests can be skiing in a matter of minutes without paying the high price for Ski in Ski out condos.

Excellent condo! Great amenities. Perfect size for two to four people. Very convenient to slopes (Deer Valley and Park City/Canyons. Only downside is location of hot tubs, but that is minor. Heated indoor parking is great! Would highly recommend.
We have stayed at the Stillwater properly before, but this was our first time in this unit. We very much enjoyed our 2 week stay here. The property is NOT good unless you have a car. It is approx a 10 minute ride into Park City or Heber. There are 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen/living room, and one bedroom. The furniture is quite comfortable and there is a working fireplace and small deck. The unit is QUITE far away from the elevators, but there are luggage carts available. The unit is nicely furnished with decent lighting. There are 2 flat screen TVs. The kitchen is VERY nicely equipped. There are lots of mixing bowls, pots & pans, and cutlery. The stove and refrigerator are normal sized and there is a nice marble counter and double sink. The dishes and glassware are ample, but not glamorous. The homeowner has left many nice touches for the guests like: a communal spice rack, staples like plastic wrap and laundry detergent, and beach tow.s for the pool. The pool/hot tub area is very nice, but a bit of a hike from the rooms. We would definitely stay here again. There are so many things to do around the Park City area in both the summer and winter seasons. This property is quite convenient to many things if you have a car.
