The apartment is situated at the 5th floor with elevator. It is quite spacious, - 45 m2, fully equipped and decorated with sophisticated French antic style.
The bedroom has a large bed from Sealy of 160/200 cm size (best matelas maker in the world), 1 sofa bed of 140/200cm and 2 single beds. We garantie that you will sleep well, having a good rest before your Paris visiting daytime.
It is close to the metro station Trocadéro line 6, to get there it takes 1 min by feet.

It’s a sight that will stick with you for the rest of your life: the first time you lay eyes on the magnificent Eiffel Tower rising above the rooftops of Paris. First-time visitors to the City of Lights often head to the 16th arrondissement as soon as they arrive, as this is where the Champ de Mars and the Tour Eiffel can be found. It’s a shame that some of these visitors don’t take the time to also explore the neighborhood itself, as it is one of the most beautiful areas in Paris! The 16th arrondissement is an ancient and affluent neighborhood that boasts some of the best museums in town, as well as architecture that will absolutely take your breath away.
Main Sights and Attractions in the 16th Arrondissement:
Palais de Tokyo
Musee d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris
Musée Marmottan Monet
Maison de Balzac
Fondation Le Corbusier
Jardin d'Acclimatation (sprawling garden and amusement park for children)
Parc des Princes (stadium and concert venue)
Maison de Radio France
The view from the balcony here was remarkable. I can literally call it unbelievable. I saw the photos on the listing and figured it would be good, but honestly didn't believe it could be as good as it looked. It was fantastic!
In addition to a great view that you really only get from the balcony, the flat was a great size for a Parisian apartment, especially for the price! There is a tiny lift to get up to the floor that, while being a bit claustrophobic, was another great addition. If I had friends or family asking where to stay in Paris, this would be it!
We loved this apartment in Trocadero. Everything we needed in the apartment was right there, and so elegant. Perfectly met my imagination of what a Parisian flat should be. It was great working with Prestigious property. I'm sorry I have little time back in my hectic, non-vacation life to really do this review justice, but I'd just summarize by saying if you think this might suit your needs, you won't be disappointed. Read the other, more detailed, glowing reviews. They are accurate.
My sister and I dreamed of how fantastic it would be to take a sabatical in Paris for 6 months, and how we would want to stay in this exact apartment.
This was a great area to stay in. The building had lots of security and it was centally located. The first view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony was breathtaking.
This is a fine apartment in an excellent neighborhood in the 16th. The apartment is a perfect size for a couple, perhaps with 2 kids. My stay was for 3 weeks on business, and the neighborhood offers restaurants, shops, markets, etc. It's a 5-7 minute walk to the Metro (9 Line). The manager, Nicolas, was very attentive to any issues. While I was there, the elevator in the building was out of order for more than a week, although it was to update/upgrade the elevator and was certainly no fault of the apartment owners. A cleaning service/maid came once a week to clean the apartment, change the sheets and towels (a REAL luxury!). My only negatives about the apartment is that it could certainly use a "freshening up." The bathroom needs to be repainted (paint is peeling off the walls and the shower needs a good cleaning of the tiles). There are also stains on the sofa. But if you can overlook those, it's an excellent value in an excellent area.
The views from either balcony are stunning as advertised. Sacre Coeur in the distance from one side and La Tour Eiffel on the other. Great views to wake up by - or by which to end your day. We very much enjoyed the neighborhood. It was a close and enjoyable walk to my conference. A short jaunt along the Tour Eiffel, then across the river and up the stairs at Trocadero. A memorable walk to and from work.
The apartment was modestly appointed. If you are planning to entertain by cooking a gourmet dinner for your friends- you will come up short in the pots, pans and dishes department. But, who goes to Paris to cook dinner when you are a few steps from whatever cuisine suits you.
We would definitely consider this property on another trip.
Recently took my first trip to Paris to join some friends who were staying in a hotel nearby. I was very happy with my selection, made the city feel like home. Location was excellent, view of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace. Close to trains, some great restaurants, supermarkets, and touristy things. Clean, simple and uncluttered apartment perfect for a single or couple. I stayed for over a week so having a kitchen and a couple big supermarkets nearby was a big plus. Check-in was very convenient, my flight was in early and while I was fine waiting until later drinking in a cafe they happily offered to meet me early to get me the keys. I did not have to contact the owner often but whenever I did, mainly to schedule check-in and get a car to take me to the airport, I got a quick response. I have already recommended this apartment to some family and friends, if I go back to Paris I would definitely stay here again.
The 16th arrondissement is an elegant, upwardly mobile area of Paris which houses important museums such as the Claude Monet/Marmottan Museum and the Palais de Tokyo, in addition to quiet, charming neighborhoods like the area known as Passy.
