We had a family of 8 and there was plenty of room with two living spaces to hang out. It snowed and the fireplace was amazing! Wifi and Netflix was a plus.
Very convenient to Boone and hikes.
Cabin Fever was perfect for our guys getaway weekend! It was only 4 of us, so we had our own bedrooms. However if others had joined us, there was plenty more room! As we're all musicians, the loft was perfect to setup our makeshift "studio". Location is great as we felt away from life on top of the mountain, but Boone and Blowing Rock are both scant minutes away with plenty to do and EAT! We are all lovers of the High Country so choosing a location was a no-brainer. We were blessed to find Cabin Fever with all modern conveniences (kitchen/dishwasher, wifi, TV, heat and AC) and easy access. Hoping to go back next fall as well! Thanks to the owners!!!
The log cabin home and surrounding wooded area was beautiful. We loved being so close to the Tweetsie Railroad and downtown Blowing Rock. The upstairs game room with pool table was a nice get away area to relax.
Beautiful Cabin! We will definitely try to come back. Thank you for sharing your home.
We had a wonderful experience at Cabin Fever. Very friendly owners and great location! We definitely plan to return next year.
This was a girl's golf weekend and I couldn't ask for a more convenient place to stay. Right around the corner from Boone Golf Club, a nice Ellis Maples layout, then we played Hound Ears which was beautiful, also an easy ride away. One day was a little rainy but the place is plenty big and we all have to be connected so it was nice that the wifi was excellent. Also, with HULU and Netflix, plenty to keep us interested on a rainy day. The owners were easy to work with so, all together a wonderful fall weekend in the mountains.
Blue Ridge Parkway, Tangers Outlet shopping, University sponsered events, skiing at Appalachain Ski,Tweetsie Railroad, white water rafting, zip line and tubing at Hawk'sNest, trout streams.
