This two-story duet is a charming attached single-family home on a deep lot set off the quiet street. Designer appointments through the house. Large picture windows surround the front offering views inside and out. The large deck off of the great room provides plenty of seating to enjoy the long summer evenings while BBQing on the Weber gas grill and Dine outside at the large patio table or just enjoy a glass of wine on the relaxing deck chairs. And if it gets slightly chilly there is even a deck heater for your comfort.

The large great room is light and bright with breathtaking views through the surrounding picture windows and it has plenty of seating for all guests. In addition, there is a large Samsung Flatscreen and Smart DVD Player for viewing your favorite shows or listening to music.
The spacious master with king bed overlooks the back deck and the 11th hole of the Whitefish Lake Golf Course - North Course. Two more bedrooms are on the bottom floor, one which opens up to a private patio and back yard where you will find an inviting private patio area overlooking the lovely lush backyard. Don't be surprised if you are visited by a few of the local deer grazing through.
After finding Whitefish in 2002 on a family vacation with two of our five daughters we never turned back. The surrounding area, the charming town, the community and the people, the activities, the restaurants....the list goes on.
We felt it then and the romance continues. Our first investment property was at Ptarmigan Village up on the mountain. It was a fantastic experience for the family as a vacation home. Now, as a vacation rental we are able to share the experience with others. We followed Ptarmigan with our purchase of a beautiful condominium just walking distance to downtown which remains a long term home for local tenants but, when we found this property (Golfhaven) we new we found a very 'the' place.
Proximity to everything we love and spectacular views of both the lake and the mountains, this place will be in our family for generations.
We hope our guests feel the way we do and continue to call it there home away from home for may years to come.

You can't beat the views. The location. The proximity to the Whitefish Lake Golf Course, Bar and Restaurant. The closeness to downtown. Walking distance to the lake. And all the amenities it has to offer.

This is a lovely property just on the edge of Whitefish. Easy to get into town or a 15 min walk to city Beach overy the new pedestrian bridge. Close to the whitefish trails. The property has a fantastic front deck which we ate out on all the week we were there.
My husband and I were in Whitefish for a week for a family wedding and shared this house with his brother and sister-in-law. The house was lovely with all the comforts of home and was well located near the golf course and downtown, which was walking distance. Although it has 3 bedrooms, it was really perfect for two couples as the third bedroom was small with a futon for sleeping. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything needed to cook an elaborate dinner or baked breakfast. The owners were very responsive and all transactions went smoothly. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.
You couldn't ask for a better location. It has it all. Just a short walk or drive to downtown Whitefish. And for Golfers, you couldn't ask for more...just pick up your golf cart from Whitefish Lake Golf Course and off you go.
